It was good in general

On the last day at breakfast I noticed the untidy behavior of a woman. The 1st coffee ran, the 2nd cup was ready. Meanwhile a woman came with her daughter and placed her own plate of muesli (she had capuchino to make muesli) over my cup and she helped herself. Without saying anything, even though I was standing there. Yes, only the important button on the coffee machine was translated and temporarily stuck on the machine. The woman had panicked and that was uncomfortable for me.

I recently stayed at the B&B HOTEL Strasbourg Nord Schiltigheim Lac with my family and overall, we had a great experience. The hotel is located in a beautifu business area with a lake and greenery, and the spacious (free of charg parking equipped with charging stations was a great convenience. Location is perfect for visiting Strasbourg when you have a car or for travelers using Strasse airport. The rooms were spacious and clean, and we appreciated the pet-friendly policy of the hotel. The reception staff was also professional and helpful. Overall, I would highly recommend the B&B HOTEL Strasbourg Nord Schiltigheim Lac for its location, design, and professionalism of the staff. However, I hope that the hotel can elevate its breakfast in the future to match the quality of the rest of the experience.

The breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. While B&B promotes a great new breakfast served on roof top, it did not live up to our expectations. We had to wait 30 minutes to get any croissants or other sweets, and the only eggs offered were scrambled eggs from a bottle, with no fried eggs available. The coffee machine made undrinkable, tasteless coffee, which was surprising since the coffee in the room was much better from the Nespresso machine. There were no standard milk alternatives provided, even upon request, which was a letdown. At the very least, non-lactose milk should be a standard alternative. The orange juice was also watery and not up to par.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. Easy to reach the city center by bus (+ eventually tram from the train station). Perfect mattress, large shower with good water flow. Wifi works fine. Free parking in the hotel. Helpfull and friendly stuff. I would recommend it.

The weather was very hot outside and the air conditioning worked perfectly, so that we had to put the (heavy) blanket on while sleeping. During the night the temperature of the room increased quite a lot or maybe the blanket was too heavy so we woke up sweating more than once.

Located in a new modern area with a large parking, ev charger for free. The hotel is very modern, clean and luxurious. Staff is friendly and supportive. Rooms are very large and confortable, well fitted with everything for a 4 star. Beds are large and confy, bathrooms big and nice. A special bravo for the breakfast served at the 5 floor with a nice view and a large teracce. The products are very good high quality and diversified. The experience overall is outstanding. There is nothing wich can make you not to give a 10.

Stayed so many times in this hotel, and never got disappointed. It is clean, calm and has a certain elegance. The rooms are spacious. There is a small empty fridge without being stuffed with all kinds of drinks and snacks no one needs. Perfectly functioning AC. There is a multi-lingual staff, competent and friendly. The parking is free. The area is safe and calm. Bus stop at the corner (if you do not come by car, or want to use public transportation). There are restaurants on the opposite side of the lake. Shops nearby. I would recommend this hotel. I choose it every time, even for a longer stay for all the above reasons. No info regarding breakfast (as we never have one). It was a wonderful stay this time, too.

We loved everything. Just one thing noticed: there were families with children coming to the hotel. Maybe there are some facilities for children we didn't see, but if there are no, how about a small playground on the grassy area? Or a kids' corner (play-room)? If I travelled with kids, I would be happy to have such a possibility.

As usual the reception was professional and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. It is spacious and the solutions are practical, enough space for luggage and stuff. There is a small fridge and it is great. The hotel is next to a lake, so the view is also wonderful and good for a morning run or evening walk. There are two restaurants opposite the hotel. The bus stop is just around the corner so no need to drive if you do not feel like it. It is a quiet and clean and safe area. There is free parking. So nothing to complain about. I would recommend this hotel for a romantic stay as well as for families or business purposes. Internet connection is also very good. Will come back for sure. And many thans for the excellent stay to all who contributed.

I preferred the times when AC control was in the room and not centrally done (but can understand the reasons for the change). Really nothing to complain about.

This is a very friendly hotel with multilingual staff, who are friendly and helpful at all times. The room was perfectly clean. It is spacious and with a lot of practical solutions as for the luggage placing, lights, etc. There is a small fridge, and thankfully not stuffed with all mini-bar thingies, but with welcome mineral water, which I find a great idea. The toilet and the bathroom are separated, very practical, too. There is free and safe parking. Good WiFi. Great choice of TV channels. The location is out of the city, but there is public trasport at the corner (2 min.). There is a nice lake with a hiking path around, which can be used for morning jogging as well. Opposite the hotel there are 3 restaurants. The shops are a bit further, but by car 5 min. (even an organic shop) just around the second round-about. It is a very safe area. As for breakfast and food, we did not try, so no comment on that. But the coffee is for sure very good at the hotel lobby. And thank you again for the up-grade, the lake view. :) We will for sure come again, as we have done so many times so far.

Nothing to complain about.

As always, this hotel did not disappoint us. Again we got a better room than we had booked. So thank you for that. The rooms are spacious. There is enough space for the luggage. There is a well-working AC (heating/cooling). So room temerature could be adjusted. There is a small fridge (not a stuffed minibar), which is also very convenient. We had a wonderful view of the lake. Bathroom is also fairly sized and equipped with all that is necessary. There is a separate toilet, which I think is a great plus. Parking is free and there is always a place to be found. The staff is friendly, helpful and discrete. The hotel is very clean, the rooms as well as the corridors or other common spaces. We left satisfied again. As for breakfast, we never have breakfast, so we cannot comment on it. And again: it is not a city centre hotel (which should be obvious from the map when one makes the booking), but it is simple to get to the city by car or by bus, the stop is at the corner, and the buses run very frequently.

There is nothing we could find a problem with.

It is an absolutely clean hotel. The room was spacious without unnecessary pieces of furniture, but still very practical with a lot of space to put your luggage and other things away. There is a small fridge, too - comes in handy in summer. The area is safe and quiet. It is out of Strasbourg, but not too complicated to reach. Anyway there is public transportation just round the corner and runs every 7-10 minutes and takes you to the Central Railway Station. Parking is free. The receptionists are friendly and helpful, also English speaking. We did not have breakfast, so I cannot give opinion. We have been to this hotel before, and sure will come back. I would recommend it to anyone who does not insist on city centre location.

We loved everything. We did not mind, but again it is about 5km from Strasbourg city centre, so you have to drive or take the bus. Other than that I could not find anything to complain about.
