Première Classe Thionville

The breakfast was surprisingly good for the very cheap price. The location was perfect for an on-the-way stay: right next to the highway and we didn't even had to go outside, since the parking house is connected to the hotel. Great when you arrive super late with sleeping kids. And the staf was super nice and helpful with warming a bottle of milk for our baby and keeping the milk in their fridge (there is no mini-bar/-fridge in the rooms).

The area didn't seem very safe, but the city is known for a lot of crime... There was only one power outlet in the room and it was far from the bed/table, which made it hard to charge our phones over night.

Comfortable beds and a quiet room for a small price! The room with a third bed above the double bed was perfect for a stay with a small kid. When you arrive by car it is easy to find and the parking garage is situated below the hotel, so we were at the entrance within a few steps – and stayed dry!

We missed some more healthy choices at breakfast, like fruit, natural yoghurt and wholemeal cereals without sugar. Our kid is still talking about how much he liked the breakfast though... haha! There was one other thing we disliked and that was the hanging around of a few young people around the entrance of the hotel. That is a disadvantage of having the reception upstairs, and therefore a blind spot on the streets.

The room where I stayed was a nice comfortable one with a very nice view of the city and the church. The toilete was clean and usable. In general the room was well equipped and contained everything that was needed for a 3 nights stay.

They charge deposit for many things. I had to leave 75 euros at the check-in for a potential damage and later 30 euros for a hair dryer.

Great location and easy to reach... Thionville centre just a few minutes walk Check in was easy enough... Clean and comfortable room looking fresh and new.... Ample free parking... Personally I only look for a clean bed and hot shower as a solo traveler... But more than adequate for a family... The only criticism for me is that the shower was only luke warm in the morning compared to piping hot when I arrived.. I didn't book breakfast so I was unable to comment but it all looked nice enough

It’s a nice budget hotel with a very friendly and helpful stuff. The only drawback is that it’s pretty noisy because it faces a major road, so if you are sensitive to noises it may be a problem. (maybe it depends on the side). The hotel room was very clean, modern, and had everything one would need. In general, the hotel looks like new. The breakfast was modest but good. We would like to thank the girls at the reception for their help and for being cheerful and nice. All the hotel stuff was very nice and helpful.

Proximity to the motorway. Cleanliness and an indoor carpark

If you are a first time visitor the entrance to the carpark from the road can be a little difficult to figure out. We were here before so we knew. We were not given an access code for the door to the lift coming from the carpark. We had to rely on someone else coming from inside on their way to the carpark. We used the telephone next to the door but there was no answer

Parking on site in a secured garage just under the hotel building. The room is small, very basic, but also functional, good enough for one night. Very clean. Wifi is fast.

The checking in was a bit complicated and took quite a while. They needed passport scanning, deposit charge, tax charge, paper signing before gave you the key. Usually hotels don't do this or not so much.

Great location to spend a night if your route is Fra-Benelux. The reception was super helpful, thus the high overall score.

The hotel is not close to/next to BUT right on a super busy highway! If you decide to book a room for 4 (as we did), we've been told that a room facing the highway is the only option. Rent-a-window-knob (believe it or not) was to only option to let some air in the room, since the ventilation was releasing some funky smell. Suepr basic but ok breakfast, along with a good coffee.

we just stay there one night, easy location for the mid-stop of the road trip. And free parking in a garage. We are very happy with the 3 persons room. And the room is clean. People are friendly.

room is small for 3 person. For 1 night was fine, but if you gonna spend more night, that would be quite tite. And the hotel is next to the highway which is a bit noisy.

Located conveniently next to the high way. Our room faced away from the high way and was relatively quiet. The room was clean and simple. Lidl and bakery within walking distance.

The bed was quite hard.
