Ace Hotel Annemasse Genève

When I settled on this hotel I basically hit the jackpot. A genuine boone for whom travels around the european countries with a vehicle. It's got a well-arranged and spacious parking lot outfitted with a solid fence and CCTV. The suites are very charming, have essentially the same patterns of the Ibis hotel but at Ace they are way larger. The bed linen and towels are top range quality. The Wi-Fi is fast and steady so much so that it ensures that a guest can work remotely while on his journey. The hotel sits about 10 km away from the very centre of Geneva, the Water jet , so to speak. Overall I had a pleasant and blessed stay, not to mention that they granted me a late check-out with 2 extra hours beyond the deadline time. But through it all there's been a drawback, the housekeeper from Guinea Bissau is not suitable at all to work with paying public, a sort of ill-mannered person somehow mean as well, and thereby I have to rate the hotel with a 8/10 raher than a perfeft 10.

The property is a clean and nothing fancy but met all our expectations accept one.

There was breakfast but outside of this, the property didn't have any type of vending machines or ways to get a snack; the property was the idea location for us, as we were there to pick up a rental motorcycle about 300 yards from the hotel; but the hotel wasn't in the idea location outside of this.

First time for 15 years I got a room on first floor near reception, so I did't have to use elevator and walk a lot. Big parking place in front of hotel.

Seems, that hotel needs renovation, there was a lot of marks, for example, spots on the carpet and badly working water drain in shower. Hotel is situated in industrial district, but at evening there is quiet.

very good value for money. Clean big room, free parking, breakfast. no any claim for this reasonable price.

There is no number of building in Booking - only street name. Fortunately Google lead to the point that is only 100 meters from the hotel. I would propose to add it. the the breakfast could be a little bit bigger (it was meet plate but it was not no cheese plate, probably it was not renewed). But in any case for this price it could be fine even without any breakfast.

Spotless and look like a brand new hotel. Rooms are spacious, large bathroom, comfortable beds. A/C it's was a lovely surprise. Nice heater in the bathroom. Big free parking. Highly recommend for stay.

The receptionist looks tired and apathetic. But it is not a big deal 😉

Clean room. Breakfast is ok. It was very quiet around, maybe because of the weekend. Very cheap.

The hotel is in the middle of an industrial area. To get to the hotel territory one needs to call the hotel reception to ask to open the door.

It was at quiet place with parking. Going to Geneva was easy. Driving to Geneva through country side road was very beautiful. They were following the COVID-19 safety rules. I liked it.

It was in industrial area. Mostly car agencies showrooms. No park or market at walking distance. I wish I had room on upper floor so I could open window. No refrigerator in the room. In summer it could be an issue.

Everything was perfect. Beds are comfortable, a room is clean and fresh, staff is very helpful. The price is super cool!

Maybe the area, as it was said before. The hotel is purfect to stay for a night with a comfort, but there is nowhere to go out.

practical quite spacious rooms, comfortable bed, good wifi, easy to have a meal 24/7 in the hotel via reception (24/7). Friendly, nice shower. Working area with computers in lobby.

Chairs in room super uncomfortable for working but can borrow one from dining room. No kettle or fridge in room

Excellent value for money. Very good breakfast and there is an angel called Aïssatou that is ready to solve any problem. She makes the difference.

It is not that I didn't like it but if you don't have a car this hotel is not a good option because there is nothing close to it.
