Mercure Béziers

The location is ideal for access to the old town of Beziers and their car park is located below the hotel so idea. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The bedroom was very quiet with double windows each doubled glazed. So a goodnight sleep.

The room was very small. There wasn’t enough space to put the suitcases and very little hanging space. The breakfast was very average. Not a lot of selection. For example they had very small processed croissants rather than fresh full Size ones. Fruit salad was served but no other fresh fruit. For 16 euros I expected something better. Coffee however was excellent.

Bed was comfortable, room was warm and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, everything necessary and all fresh. As we had a privilege room we had complimentary soft drinks which was a bonus and welcome. Although it was an extra having the car parked safe and under cover was a bonus.

The fact that there was no British channels. Only CNN an American channel. Would have been nice even just to have had a British news channel.

Nice hotel. We stayed only for one night. Nice staff. The room was already ready for your check-in, although it was booked a couple of hours before arrival. Very good breakfast

There is parking. But be careful, if you have a tall and elongated car, the check-in to the garage is very steep))

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, breakfast was included and very good, bed was great and room service was good. shower was a wow! Overall very impressed

The room for a large suitcase was a tad tight but I am nit picking

Room was ideal for me, modern, basic, comfortable, so was the bathroom. Breakfast was all that was required for a get-up-and go. Friendly and helpful staff on the desk

The immediate neighbour hood was not ideal, but the location is, a 5 minute walk to the main centre.

Everything was great, welcoming staff, soft bed, clean carpet)) fresh air in the room, snow white bedding, beautiful bathroom and delicious breakfast!

couldn’t fault the hotel for our purpose. staff were all very friendly. it was a stop off on the way to spain from the uk. we were travelling with our dog (Labrador) couldn’t do enough for us. arrived quite late. found somewhere for us to get food. thank you

Location is perfect. Near metro and arc of triomf

Street very noise until 2 AM. Bar in ground-floor with music and people speaking very loud just down of my window

Everything was as excepted however we found the storage of ports a d lugage a real challenge

Suitcase unpacking etc Suitable only for 1 guest with small suitcase

The room was very small and snug, but for a 1 night stop over it was fine. Clean and comfortable.

It's expensive for the size of room, reception felt a bit like a cheaper hotel chain than Mercure.
