Gudauri Hills Apart Hotel

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our trip as two families of four with children aged between 6 and 11 years old. The breakfast was realy good value and it was lovely to sit in the glass-roofed part and look out at the snow. There was also a lovely Georgian restaurant in the residences building which served great traditional Georgian fare and lovely local beers! Fantastic location, ski straight from the door. The ski depot in the hotel was super helpful and friendly, we found it to be very well-priced. We organised our instructors directly through them and they were really flexible when we needed more instructors for all of the different levels.

The restaurant was a bit hit and miss with opening. We weren't always sure whether it was open or not but it was lovely when open.

The location is great, it’s just steps away from the ski slope and close to the main road modern and contemporary hotel with a very friendly employees and wonderful customer service and spa. Me and my friends checked in on 02.03 and checked out on 07.03 we really enjoyed staying in this hotel and highly recommend it if you are looking to have a great ski experience along with spa and tasty food. we would love to come back here next year and hope to enjoy the restaurant in the hotel on 2d floor where the views are just incredible and there is a feeling of a winter fairytale.

Nice place to stay with family. We had booked a 2 bedroom apartment. It had 2 bedrooms with 4 single beds and 3 sofa beds and 2 bathrooms. Bedrooms and bathrooms were decent size and so was living room. View was ok, our apartment was on 2nd floor out of 3 floors in total. We could see the adjoining hotel Gudauri Residence hills. All rooms face this hotel. Not much view of the gigantic hills all around the hotel. Overall good option for families.

Room was excellent with useful kitchen facilities for some self catering if desired. Staff were very helpful and the location has ski rental and a genuine ski in and out Restaurant has a very nice conservatory seating area

As the ski lifts did not open til the end of the week(despite heavy snow!), though obviously not the fault of the hotel, the location is halfway between lower Guduari and New Gudauri. Consequently this required a taxi to visit other restaurants and shops for supplies. You can walk to the shop which is a 20 min downhill walk on a snow covered road with many cars; the uphill walk is more like 30 mins and with an altitude of over 2500m this can be challenging on the lungs! The hotel restaurant was a pleasant place but the menu is rather limited to a few pizzas, burgers and pasta.. perfect for your first night but somewhat repetitive after. Breakfast is buffet style and offers a range of cooked and cold foods and is good value at 19 Gel…. Except the coffee offered is instant.

The location is really next to the ski track. If you plan skiing and doing everything aroundthe hotel, it is good for a family with children. The flat is spacious and bright. It is very clean, modern and any problem is fixed quickly . Washing machine, micro-wave, boiler... available. The restaurants are very good, 1 Georgian and 1 European. We also enjoyed the decoration of the living-room and of the restaurants. Not panoramic view but still nice. The ski renting team is excellent, down the hotel, they will be really helpful.

Maybe a bit far from any grocery. Mattresses are a bit hard and bed are close to the door, careful with your toes ! Restaurant : careful with the wines, I was proposed one told "very popular", not on the menu of the Georgian restaurant but twice more expensive (160 GEL) than the others (not announced but really delicious and served with smile). Breakfast opens only at 0900, 35 GEL is expensive compared to the price of life in Georgia and coffe is really perfectible. Including espresso in the breakfast would be a real progress.

Was spacious with fully equipped kitchenette thats very helpful for families. We were on the last floor with high ceiling. We were impressed with the quality of the fitouts which is of high standard for gudauri. Finally a local hotel of international standard.

Parking was a bit of a problem during week ends. If u left and came back after a while you risked not finding any space anymore.

No water available. Dishes were dirty. No sponge. Rooms were incredibly hot and couldn’t control heat temp. Had to keep patio door open the entire trip. Good location but no food option at hotel.

Great location right next to the slopes. Ski shop right underneath. Amazingly helpful staff. Good value for money. AND the restaurant was actually amazing - we tried elsewhere a couple of meals but always went back to this restaurant! Luckily we were able to check in really early because the staff were so helpful and accommodating.

It might have been good to have one or two basic things like coffee / sugar / tea in the room. I didn't realise it was going to be quite so much like an apartment and not really a hotel.

-ski to door -very comfortable room -good room lighting, separate for bed room etc -internet wifi was perfect, high speed, no lags, was watching youtube with high quality -presence of washing machine made things much easier -good ski locker room, kept hot so all clothes are always dry in the morning

-sound isolation (it's absence actually). Clearly hear neighbors conversation -hotel itself located quite isolated, only three hotels around -no SPA, no gym

The location was very good, near ski resorts and other prime attractions. Annie, the receptionist was amazing and she upgraded our room for free. The breakfast was amazing and the view from the terrace was beautiful. Has a kid's play area but was covered in snow. Rooms are beautifully designed and good for a large family.

Rooms were a bit warmer than expected and we couldn't turn the temperature down so had to keep the balcony door open for a few hours. Other than that nothing much.
