Best Western Hotel Bamberg

The hotel is very clean, the rooms are comfortable and clean. You can walk to everything from this hotel. Great location! Breakfast was good and there’s a garage beneath the hotel you can park at fir a daily charge.

Some of the staff were very unfriendly and it seemed like we were bothering them, but must were very helpful! There’s no shampoo or conditioner they give you a combination body wash and shampoo.

Wonderful, helpful staff. Great location. Excellent restaurants nearby. Nice rooms. We had a courtyard view and it was very quiet, no sounds from the street. An added plus - Bio-Markt grocery store is beneath part of the hotel so you can pickup snacks, water, etc. easily. Very nice breakfast buffet. We will stay here again!!

Expansive bedroom. Very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Good car parking directly underneath the hotel with lift which takes you to hotel. Good location close to the old town.

Car parking is public despite proximity to hotel and costs 18euros per night so would be better to make that very clear.

Great location! Five minute walk to the Pedestrian Zone and/or the Bahnhof. Breakfast Buffet was very good with many items to choose from. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was very courteous and professional.

Room was comfortable, clean, & all furniture was in good shape & comfortable. Breakfast is exceptional. Breakfast staff are on top of every need & clean up constantly.

Very nice to offer guests laundry room but one washer & one dryer are not enough.

I liked everything. The room was a good size and well equipped, the bed was comfortable. Airconditioning worked well. Staff was very friendly and helpful and as a solo traveller I appreciated it very much.

I liked everything. Perhaps the lack of a bar fridge might be an issue for some guests, but it wasn't an issue for me so it is not affecting my rating.

Parking was easy as there is an underground carpark that belonged to the hotel. The room was clean and quite standard. Breakfast was buffet style so that is always nice.

The location is a 15-20 min walk to the old town where most of the sights are, it would be ok during summer but when it's -6 degrees it's not such a nice walk.

location is ok, for business trip it's good to be nearby organic supermarket.

a coke deliver occupied the only elevator for 30 minute to take the stuff to all flours but no one stop it. I almost can not catch my meeting since i am in top flour with two big luggage.

Good sized rooms, breakfast selection was good, staff very helpful and friendly. Good location with easy access to restaurants and the old town and main historic buildings.

Minor niggle was the small bar size but I guess they don't want to compete with the 1001 bars and brewery's in the area.

Located very close to the old town, easy access for motorcycles/cars with underground parking directly underneath the hotel. Lovely well presented hotel providing a good breakfast & our room was nice & quiet. Would definitely stay again.
