Amazing breakfast, friendly staff, nice sauna and sky pool, comfortable bed, room was small but cozy and there is everything you need

No big towels available besides the one you get in your room at the beginning of your stay (there was no possibility to change it), the spa area was a bit dirty in the evening, there was no cleaning during the day, also, in the evening there weren’t any clean cups in the spa area available anymore, the soap in the shower was gone and in the relaxing area it was pretty messy (only used blankets for the beds, used glasses and coffee cups all around, wet floor)

Breakfast was of a high standard with something for all tastes. The choice was amazing! Even had things for vegan and allergies. They had champagne for those that wanted to start the day off in style. We will be back for sure.

Reception desk staff came across quite brash and unhelpful, we didn’t know much German and felt they couldn’t be bothered with us… we did speak some German but obviously are not fluent. The guests who were German were well looked after which made it obvious that they were not keen on English speakers. It did spoil the beginning of our holiday but the restaurant staff more than made up for it.

Comfortable bedding, big room, good water pressure in shower, spa (I used mainly steam bath) and lounges, pool, varied, quality and tasty breakfast buffet, great location, courtesies everywhere (like little snacks - apricots, peanuts, tea in spa, quality drinking water available in spa, fitness room, spare towels etc). Clean, fresh rooms. Good wi-fi. Tastefully furnished and decorated common rooms.

Everything was great. Just that pool was closed on a rainy day. I stayed 4 days, so not a big problem, but I certainly would be disappointed if stayed just for 1 night. Suggest to install some tent-like cover to use for such weather, so you can use pool on rainy day.

We stayed in the Hotel while attending the birthday of a friend in Deggendorf, we chose it because it is in the city center. The locations great. The receptionists at the hotel were extremely friendly and gave us all the needed information at check in, also the checkout was very smooth. We stayed in the newly renovated "Residenz" wing, and everything was impecable in our room. Bed was comfy, lighting was well designed, there was also a very comfortable armchair to read with a side table. Our room faced a side street and it was very quiet. The beverages in the minibar are free of charge. I thought that was a very nice detail (although we didn't drink anything, but still!) The bad was not big but very functional and brand new. Shower was very good. Breakfast was excellent, I love tea and there was a great selection of teas available; also a wide variety of breads and cold cuts, cheese, eggs, pastries, cereal, and all what someone might need. The waiters were very attentive and the service was excellent. There is also a swimming pool and spa, unfortunately we didn't have time to try them out! Next time. There is parking on site, one has to pay, but the price is quite ok.

We liked everything. The only point I can think of that could be a minus, is that it would have been better to know in advance how and where to park, instead of having to park outside the hotel, do the check in, and then go out again, take the car and go parking. From my PoV it would be better to the get the map in advance per email with the instructions and arrive directly to the parking. Just a suggestion :)

Breakfast is the best we have experienced in Germany (we currently travel Germany due to my work). The quality of the food, its presentation and how helpful the staff are make the hotel stand out from the crowd. Excellent in every way.

There was work being carried out in the main toilets that had not been finished, this did not distract us from an amazing stay.

Amazing hotel. The room was very clean, all needed utensils in the toilet, additionally extra towels for the spa area. We used the spa area - the heated rooftop pool is great as well as saunas. I was also amazed by the variety of food at breakfast. Very fresh and delicious! All in all hotel exceeded our expectations:) The staff in the hotel was also very kind and nice.

The best breakfast we had in 2 months of travelling . Great restaurant on site. Really good pool and spa on roof. Ideal position on the edge of the town square. Deggendorf is a beautiful, clean town in Bavaria and we would come back here in a heartbeat.

The layout of the hotel was a little confusing and the air conditioner in the room was a little noisy.

That it was in the centre of the city It is near anything you want from supermarket and overall next to my son university which is the purpose of my visit.

My room was in the roof which has a slide in the ceiling which I hit my head whenever I wake up. Second when I tried to check out the next day at 5:00 am there was nobody in the reception To assist even no phone to answer, i was waiting till 6: 30 am but no one show. So I left my card room number with someone in the kitchen.

The breakfast was very good and had a lot of options to choose from. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The shower in our room was very nice. The Sky Pool was very nice and clean. The overall vibe of the hotel was very cozy and relaxing.

The Pool could have been a few degrees warmer, since it was a bit cold outside, but it was still very enjoyable. The scrambled eggs did not have a lot of flavor and were not salted, but the buffet was great!

It is a really cozy hotel in the heart of the city Deggendorf. The SPA and the wellness are really unique. You can enjoy the penthouse-style sky pool till 22.00 having a beautiful view of the top of the city including the view of the two towers of the nearby churches. Very polite and helpful staff.

In one room the clima did not work perfect
