Das Schreder Hotel

We stayed here for 2 days during the weekend, the location is okay as it's almost 8km away from the city center but if you have a transport this is the perfect location. Everything was very clean and tidy, from lobby to bedroom and bathroom. The staff was extremely friendly and willing to help you out if you ask anything, they gave us some useful tips for car parking if we wanna explore Munich by walking or with UBahn. The hotel seems new and everything was super clean and disinfected for new guests. You get the free drinking water as well but not in the room directly rather near reception area. One mini fridge, a locker bed linen and lots of FREE parking for the visitors. Super happy with the stay, keep doing so further :)

There's nothing negative about this hotel but as we arrived the room, we were extremely thirsty and expected a bottle of water inside the mini fridge but it wasn't there, nevertheless we found free fresh water later near the reception area and also in the vending machine.

It looks pretty decent from outside as inside, it was bit surprise. Really nice room for that price.

My room was really cold, heater was turned off (understandable for high bills but still😅).

Who has what you need. Very convenient set up near the bathroom for shoes, hanging items, etc. Beds were clean and comfortable. Good pillows.

If you arrive after 20:00, be prepared for a MARATHON typing-into- a-computer survey -- including many personal items not ever submitted via booking.com (!!?). Also, if you don't type these data points in quickly enough, it kicks you out and forced to do to start over again!!! After 20:00, there is no one available to check their message system either. It took forever for us to get a hold of our card so we course our room!!! Someone needs to review and update this. It's a MESS!!!!!!

Clean room with comfortable beds that met our needs for the trip. Hotel was in kind of an odd location as there wasn't much around, but area felt safe and hotel was cute.

Bathroom door was frosted glass so spilled light out into whole room when someone went in there at night. The bathroom itself was a little bit small (I bumped into the TP holder a few times while getting in and out of the shower) but overall not bad. Front desk was only staffed certain hours and wasn't there at check-in so didn't actually see a front desk employee until we checked out (and only because we left a little bit later than planned.)

Great location, close to the highway in the outskirts of Munich but you still have some shops and other services nearby. The room was small but clean with a nice newly renovated bathroom. We only spent one night in the hotel, on our way from Belgium to the Dolomites but it was perfect for this purpose. The breakfast was great, we did not expect it to be this good for the price. Perfect place for 1-2 nights' stays. Oh, and the Hungarian receptionist guy was really very kind, he also helped with an extra request.

The mini refridgerator did not work in our room. It would have been nice if we could have used it, but for a one-night stay this was still okay.

The receptionist was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all our questions relating to public transport. He provided a list of places to eat that were relatively nearby. We went to Allee Stüberl Dalmacija, a German bar, about 2km away and it was well worth the walk. Food and beer were good and inexpensive.

We were on the second floor and there was no elevator causing difficulty getting the luggage to the room. Also on some staircases there was no handrail so I had to use the wall for support. Not a lot of amenities nearby so car would have been useful.

- extremely nice personnel, smiling and helpful with any request - rooms clean and just as advertised, not missing anything - free parking around the hotel (we were able to find a free spot throughout the whole week) - great value for the price

- the breakfast was a bit limited in choice (although there was always plenty and everything one could need for a short stay) - room fridge didn't work properly (but we didn't need it, so I didn't care to bring it up with the personnel - I'm sure they would help)

Simple, clean offering what is necessary, at a very reasonable price. For a few nights to sleep over whilst visiting various München attractions..it is perfect.

There is insufficient parking on the property for the amount of rooms available. Off-street parking is not so desirable. If you get there early ypi find a good, safe parking. Should you go out for supper, it has been taken by someone else when you return, and so, you have to make alternative plans. Being able to reserve a parking space when you book a room, would be ideal.

Quiet location and easy to find. The room was clean and warm. The staff was helpfull and polite. Nice "value for money" relationship. About 15 minutes from the centre by car. You should not have a problem if you use a car. They are super markets about 4-5 minutes away.

The breakfast should have more options. Small parking but you 'll find plenty of space outside. Τhe furniture in the room was uncomfortable and this could be a problem if you spend time inside.

Everything was great, we arrived late, there were no problems with check-in. The staff is very pleasant, room is very clean, clean and comfortable bed, clean towels with basic esentials (soap, tissues, shower gel) in the bathroom. Free wifi. Free parking space. Coffee on machines is okay, and for breakfast we had coffee in the kitchen and it was excellent. 10/10 I would recommend😊

Hotel is a little far from city center, but if you are traveling with a car this is a great place for you, as I said before free parking space in the hotel yard. Excellent price-quality ratio 🔝✨️
