Hotel Prinzregent München Messe

We stayed at the hotel 2 nights longer than expected due to a snowstorm in Munich. We are so grateful for the wonderful staff at Prinzregent, specifically Frau Monika who went out of her way to help us figure everything out. She helped us extend our stay, researched/called different buses and taxis to find out if we could make it to Nuremberg, and booked us a taxi when we were finally able to get a train ticket. We stayed in both junior suites and found them to be clean and very nice. The restaurant on site is good. We didn’t have reservations but were still able to eat. I would maybe recommend reservations if you plan to try it. The bathroom floors are heated, which was so nice.

It wasn’t a big deal, but a mini fridge in the room would be a lovely addition.

We had dinner in their restaurant, on the terrace, and it was by far one of the best meals we've ever had at a hotel and we travel a lot with our 4 children. The interior of the restaurant and bar is warm and cozy with lots of wood and banquets with cushions lit with unique light fixtures. We all agreed this would be a beautiful stay in the fall or for the Christmas holidays. We also had their breakfast and thought their options were delicious and varied. Great food all around.

The mattresses could definitely be improved upon. I think the mattress on the sleeper sofa was comfier than my queen one.

Very nice hotel with a large comfortable room with a good shower and good air conditioning. Very clean. The staff was incredibly helpful and gave us great directions and printed out our train tickets. The breakfast was outstanding and the rates were very reasonable during Oktoberfest.

One of the best Hotels I have had the pleasure to stay in. It was perfectly located for my trip, and also the Staff were very friendly yea d helpful. Facilities were exceptional, for the price. It was cleaner that some Hotel with More Stars in Hamburg. The bar and the food were both excellent. Really nice Breakfast to set up the Day nicely.

Fantastic hotel outside of the city proper, a short S-Bahn ride to the Marienplatz. The rooms were very comfortable, updated, and clean. The bathroom and shower were excellent . Staff members were extremely helpful and pleasant (special shout out to Laura, who was kind and professional and very helpful with our dinner selections - thank you!). Free, on-site parking is available, which I appreciated. In/around Munich it is rare to have a hotel offer free parking, so that was especially nice to find. The food and drinks at the restaurant and bar were fantastic, especially the breakfast choices - very well done! Overall, the Prinzregent is an excellent value and a very comfortable and friendly hotel.

We had a very comfortable room for 2 adults and 2 children. Breakfast was very good and the restaurant served very nice authentic Bavarian food. The staff was very friendly and always available.

A bit far away from the city center but there are buses and trains close by available to commute. Breakfast is served only until 10am on weekends.

We requested an early check in since our flight landed very early morning , and were delighted that the hotel managed to give us the room early since they had availability.this made a huge difference to our experience in Munich. Loved everything about the place. Cozy, Bavarian vibes, close to train station, and most importantly for us, option to park our car.

Lovely room with air conditioning and a lift. Clean, comfortable and good shower and WiFi. Friendly staff, restaurant had excellent Bavarian food. Location close to train station with only a few stops direct to Marienplatz.

Couldn’t use free parking on site as it was constantly full, leaving you to pay €10 to park in their garage or find a park on the street.

Beautiful hotel decorated to make you feel like you are living in a castle. Friendly staff. Really spacious room. Comfy beds. Parking lot. 10 min walk to the train station (although construction added to that time) to go into Munich.

We didn't have breakfast here because €20 per person was too much for us. We just drove to a local bakery, which was great!

Best breakfast buffet I had ever had!! Extremely kind and helpful staff. Highly recommended for people going to Messe Centre, which is just a pleasant 10-minute walk from the hotel.
