The room was quite small, but very clean and the bed was comfortable. It's a simple accommodation, but we only stayed one night to see a musical and for that it was great (it's also only a quick drive away from the musical theatres).

The breakfast was not good. It's offered until 11:00 on weekends, but they mostly ran out of warm food by 9:30 and didn't really manage to replace it anymore. The staff were a bit overwhelmed, both in the reception and at the breakfast room. They have a huge sign 'we love our job' at the entrance but they don't actually give off that vibe at all, they seem stressed actually.

the staff was very unfriendly. we arrived late at night and the receptionist was not able to find my booking just because he misspelled my name. he insinuated we did not have a booking and had to wait for quiete some time. he spoke very bad English so it was very difficult to communicate. in the end I showed the booking reservation and he was pissed off because according to him I did not say my name right. very unprofessional. he also did not explain where the room was or if we wanted to have breakfast. please hire better staff members !

The room was spacious, modernly designed. The bed was comfortable. The tv had chrome cast so you can stream from your device. The location was close to the highway so it's a good stay for a good night sleep.

The private parking was a bit pricy for the position of the hotel, near the highway. I would have also expected it to be free of charge. When exiting the parking area, we needed a coin and had to come back to get it. The staff didn't anticipate this when we checked out.

Very nice staff available 24/7, being near by to a U/S-Bahn (Public Transportation) stop, very great atmosphere and wonderful room. Public transportation line nearby goes straight to the airport and to the city centre. Perfect if you stay for 1 night for a flight next day.

Price was a bit expensive, compared to other cities in Europe, you would be able to get a hotel for the same price a night not too far from city centre. The city itself is a bit of a distance away, you need to take the public transportation to get to get to any local restaurants or other tourist interests.

The room is big and looks elegant. The hotel is new and very clean. The area is boring, but it looks safe and there is a metro stop and a supermarket. We came here just to do a stop-over during a roadtrip and we found it's very conveniently located next to the highway. We wanted to have breakfast there but we missed it because we were too late. However, they were very nice and offered us coffee.

The parking spot for 15€ is too expensive, considering the hotel is not located in the city center and there are free parking spots outside. There are no bathroom amenities apart from the gel/shampoo.

this is my second stay at Niu hotels after staying in Frankfurt. One experiences new and modern hotel but amateur staff and partly not very friendly or very poor service. The staff at Niu Mesh Stuttgart were much better than in Frankfurt. Breakfast ist very simple with limited choices. But ok for a short stay

Nice comfy rooms, good atmosphere

The check in process was a never before seen catastrophy. First I couldn't check in all my colleagues in advance (I was the one booking the rooms), then I suddenly was, then again I wasn't. So I had to wait till about 10pm (I arrived early evening) for all my colleagues to arrive. Throughout half of the check in process the guy on the counter just packed his stuff and went home. We then we asked another guy, he asked our name again, our booking reference and so on. So he pretty much started all over. I wasn't able to pay because of whatever reason and was asked to come on another day to pay. In the end the whole crew was annoyed. This took nearly an hour. Overall the most irritating check in process I ever had.

Comfortable bed, nice interior design of the rooms and walkable distance from the train station. Its in a quiet neighbourhood.

The staff at the reception were not understanding and little rude as they did not answer our questions as their response was they were overwhelmed by the people waiting in the queue. I mean if you are not going to help me where do I look for the hotel specific information?

Wonderful structure in my opinion, close to the offices where we had to be. U6 takes you to the center easily. Building is superclean, so are the rooms, no sound can be heard and the beds are very comfortable. Temperature always perfect. I loved it. Hair dryer also very powerful, very rare item to find! Linens and towels are also very good. Breakfast is rich and the lobby and eating areas are lovely.

Gluten free options not readily available at breakfast. Staff are helpful but maybe hotel is understaffed especially at the ground floor. Showers are 'open' and it's easy to get your bathroom floor wet.

Breakfast was fine and met my expectations. Good location, close to airport/exhibition and train station in walking distance to get to city center. I was able to park in front of hotel. Room was clean and quiet. Friendly staff.

Bar was understaffed and employees were very new and obviously somewhat overwhelmed. The rooms do not have a desk one can work on hence no place for laptop.
