Good breakfast, but a bit expensive, however for child was free of charge. And the nice colorful dishes at the cafeteria liked our daughter. Pleased staff at the hotel, a lot of activities for kids, child friendly hotel, what is the best. Good room, everything is available, very clean linen. There is the guests' kitchen at the hotel, what is also very comfortable during a travel with kids. Check -in and check-out were easy and fast. Big parking is near the hotel and price is only 6 Eur per night. Lobby-bar is working all the time and there are a lot of drinks, and something to eat.

Wi-fi i i could not activated, it was necessary to log in, but i couldn't do this. Rooms need a little renovation and refreshing. For us was to far from the city centre to walk.

Got a private room for myself at a hostel for a cheap deal at the last minute! Friendly staff, nice facilities, spacious room and the view from the window was good. I saw different types of guests of varying age groups, solo travellers, backpackers, friends, and families with little kids, everyone looking happy!

Getting access to the elevator was a struggle in the morning, as everyone's either going for breakfast or checking out. And I just wanted to get some hot water for my morning tea :D

Simple but super well-functioning room, when you (family, solo, couple) just need a place with a good bed and private bathroom. Breakfast is excellent, considering the price. No fancy bull****, but everything works well. Great if you're in town for work, tradefairs or simply as a sleepover during long travels.

Three things to improve: - Staff barely speak any english (assume you speak german). - Room gets hot during the day, so it can be difficult to fall asleep if you're used to cooler bedrooms. - We had a no-smoking room, but you could smell that it used to be a smoking room.

Location of hotel - near to town, shops, fast food, petrol station, bus route. Huge family room with soap, shampoo, towels and bedding. Large reception area. Big doors to shut off noise from reception area at night. Staff sorted out heating problem immediately. Family rooms had no rooms above so not disturbed from above. Key card locking. Bus stop (Line 7) outside the door.

Clearer info about parking charges needed (but very reasonable at €6 a night) Smokers congregated outside the family rooms. A designated smoking area would prevent smoke from going into open windows on the ground floor. No kettle in room. Very clearly a school trip hostel, however was a family group we were really pleased with the facilities offered.

The location seems to be far off, but it is actually only 15 minutes by foot from Atrium or Bauhaus Museum. The breakfast was worth it's six euros. Beds were comfy, everything was neat, clean and modern.

The snack automats in the lobby are too expensive, though. The shower head seem to be cheap, I personally did not like like it. Our room was in direction of the street. Could be a noise problem for some (us personally not).

We were pleased to find the family room was cut out perfectly for us (1 double bed, 2 bunks for the kids) plus our own, very clean, bathroom with an excellent shower. It was a nice touch to have the double bed made up already. Also nice to have facilities downstairs to use (play area for kids, kitchen, terrace for eating). All at a very fair price.

The room was hot (it was 30 degree weather in August).We unfortunately only found out the next morning that we could have had a key for the window to air the room. Good to know for next time :) The room overall was very clean but the walls around the bunk beds could have used an extra wipe. The kitchen seemed well-eqiupped... until we found the stove and other items weren't working! We were told they plan to renovate it this winter.

It was a nice dorm in a nice location that was easy to get around town from and with easy shopping nearby.

The washing machine was out of order and guest kitchen was untidy. I also ran into two men being highly inappropriate and creepy towards women in the mixed dorm, one got kicked for his suggestive comments and asking for sexual favors while the one taking pictures of sleeping women was left alone...be safe ladies.

I stayed at three different A&O's hostals during my trip around germany and this one was without a doubt the best one. Personal is very friendly and helpful, the bathrooms are clean and the installations are nice. The Hostal is around 13 minutes away from the train station on foot, and right in front of it there is a bus stop that will get you to the center of the city and near the most important attractions in town.

The electric outlets did not work next to the bed (104-2), no light in the hallway, so everyone who entered in the middle of the night, had to turn on the main room light

Good location, next to the bus stop, so no need to walk from the city centre in the evening. Nice and friendly stuff, good view to 'kleingarten'.

To make an upper bed is not an easy task:) Also the stairs to the upper bed are not very comfortable. Coffee and soft drinks in vending machines are overpriced, but it's ofc understandable
