Ringhotel Weißer Hirsch

Excellent location in the Marketplatz, their own beer was delicious as was the food. Good air conditioning in our room although the position of it means it has to work hard to keep the room cool. Great shower and the loo was automated which was freaky at first but really clever. Lovely quiet rooms (we were in room 131). The hotel has its own car park too and prices were reasonable.

Very small point which didn’t really bother us as we had our iPads and the internet was great but there were no English tv channels. Also, and again a minor point, the car parking spaces are quite narrow.

From our first arrival to check out everything was perfect. Very friendly staff hotel was spotlessly clean throughout. Great location on the market place. Our room was very very spacious with a lovely bathroom . Cannot recommend this hotel enough Well done everybody at the Weiser Hirsch

Check-in was fast and easy, and the lady at the front desk helped with info and timetables, as well as sending a fan to the room. Breakfast was delicious and the attendants were very helpful and kind. Also, while the view from our room was not great, the location of the hotel was perfect.

The view from our room was fine, but not great. We were also surprised to learn that there was no air conditioning in the room, but the front desk did send a fan which helped.

The location is right at the center attraction of Wernigerode. The bathroom was newly renovated, super clean, and very comfy, and I loved it. The breakfast was good, though there was little selection for the bread.

We needed to go through some stairs on the way to our room, and we used a stroller for our baby, so it was pretty unpleasant.

Super location. The hotel was modern without losing sense of history. Tasteful decoration throughout.

Too many steps - small flight coming out of lift to bedroom passage and another to enter bar and dining room. Dining room was als on two levels. I walk with a stick and found this challenging.

Great staff, always ready to help in any need. Breakfast was really great. And location... well, it's the center of the city after all :)

Wall slopes in the room, since it was the room on the last floor. The look from the windows, far from what has been promised in the description. A little uneasy bathroom, with the slippery shower's floor and not too comfortable basin.

Perfect location on the main square of this delightful town. Room and bath were first rate and spacious and clean. Restaurant was fabulous and had a variety dishes including some exotic ones. Staff were very kind and helpful, I would come back!

Very comfortable and clean room with separate wardrobe section. The bed is beyond praise. Breakfast offered dishes for every choice and taste, including for vegans. The staff is very attentive and kind. We will definitely come back here

Big family room, very clean and modern design. All facilities were good Breakfast was super Underground parking Good location, in the center of the town

Everything was just spot on. Location, hotel, its staff and room were all very good.
