The team working at the hotel is very helpful and friendly, located in the old town and 15 minutes on foot away from the main train station

Breakfast is very restricted both in food and in quantities. Although you mention your breakfast time (you are unfortunately committed to a timing) so that the reception can plan breakfasts without queues, at 9.30 (breakfast ends at 10) many things are already missing and do not get replaced or if some get replaced,they get replaced late,after you have waited or chosen something else. I would not book breakfast if i stayed at the hotel again

From making the reservation to leaving the property, we were treated to several of the best hostesses that we have ever encountered! When we walked in the door, we were greeted by Sabina by name . . . before we had a chance to introduce ourselves. (Still wonder how she know who we were!). We were treated as if we were old friends by the attractive and smiling hostess. Exceptional! We didn't know that the two hostesses would become very helpful to us in ways we couldn't forsee. We had difficulty with our car during the stay, and both hostesses went out of their way to help us out by contacting the car rental company both in the evening, and again in the morning. They spent a great deal of time on the phone and arranged for a "yellow angel" to come to our rescue. What could have been a very stressful time was greatly diminished by their very personal care and concern for us. They both went far way and beyond the call to see that we were able to continue our trip through Germany. I don't know when we have ever been treated quite so well on our travels . . . and we travel a lot! We both even received a hug from our hostess as we left. When's the last time THAT has happened, huh? Beside the exceptional hostesses, the room and facilities were very clean and light. Breakfast buffet was very adequate and the staff was attentive. We would definitely stay with them again if we return to Wurzburg!

Can't think of anything that I would change. Maybe free parking would be a welcome addition. But that's a very small request in light of what we received. You can park free in front from 7 pm to 9 am every day. That works out well if one is sight seeing and eating out during the day.

The room was very clean! Are the beds were comfortable and the size of the room was good. The location is also fantastic as it's right in the center of Würzburg and you can walk everywhere.

The toilet door was just a sliding glass, see-through and eventually it wasn't a proper door as it wouldn't close properly which I find very uncomfortable.

Super friendly staff, very welcoming and professional. The reception was excellent, breakfast was fantastic, definitely will stay there next time I'm in town

WiFi is a bit wonky (at least from my room). Also now I understand other reviews that mentioned that hotel building is "older" but as far as I'm concerned this should not stop anyone from visiting this lovely hotel

We loved the location, it was very close to the location where the Christmas markets were. there were planty of places nearby to have a nice dinner as well.

Unfortunately we didn't have the opportunity to eat at the hotel's restaurant because it was full and in the morning we couldn't bring our small dog into the breakfast room.

Great location in the Altstadt. Nicely modernized apartment with easy access to the roof terrace. The room was bigger than expected and the Dyson fan was nice as it was pretty warm during our stay. We skipped the hotel breakfast as it seemed a little pricey and picked up cappuccinos and croissants at the bakery across the street. Would definitely recommend to friends or stay again .

I think the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Location fine, very comfortable and the few staff members I met were very helpful.

Can’t think of anything about this trip, but I did notice there was no air conditioning. A hot summer night could be challenging. There was a fan though.

The hotel is in a great location - all sights of Wurzburg are within easy walking distance. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, bright and modern. Breakfast was superb - a great breakfast buffet with lots of choice.

The heating was on full and so room was roasting hot and took a while to cook down. The single bed was tight and the duvet heavy. Several times, there was a strong sulphurous smell by the stairs on 3rd floor. Happily it didn’t make it as far as my room.

The hotel is close to city center and convenient. The room is small but functional enough and clean, WIFI worked well. There is a public parking place just in front of the hotel so I was able to park a car easily (but in case of late arrival, it may be full).
