Eden Roc Resort - All Inclusive

Great food choices and several restaurants to choose from. Definitely reserve a table for each night via the app upon arrival to avoid disappointment. My little girl loved the kids club and mini disco. Some bars are better than others at cocktails - the beach bar was fab. Excellent aperol spritz! Also LOVED the seafood restaurant in the daytime and the gyros and the beach buffet. The Asian was a great experience on the evening. also heard amazing reviews about the Peruvian but this is one restaurant we couldn’t get a table unfortunately. Fab live music at each bar most evenings. Only 15 minutes from the airport. cheaper to jump in taxi upon arrival rather than booking a private transfer through the hotel. Room was fairly basic but comfortable. The food, staff and beach bar make this a 5 star. overall great value and would stay again.

The property is very well located. It has beautiful views. The beach is really fantastic with good access. Wonderful setting, around a small natural bay, where you can go swimming in clean waters. The room was spacious, with a beautiful view of the sea. The beds were comfortable. The quality of the food & drinks was fantastic. We ate at all the different restaurants which are all fantastic and give a different experience each night (Asian, Peruvian, Mediterranean, Italian, etc). The buffet also offers a fantastic range of excellent food and is always fresh and hot. Good variety of live music in the evenings at every location. Beautiful resort

The only negative to mention was the evening entertainment lacked most days. Also ended at 10.30 which is quite early. Huge queues for the bar In the evenings and not enough places to sit down outside due to evening entertainment. There is no night bar/club where you can listen to music, have a drink, and dance a bit. You need to book the restaurants for your meal way in advance, even when there were not full on the day. To make reservations to the restaurants it’s impossible sometimes from the app and you must to contact the reception and they will help you. But not always! Very difficult to have lounge chairs at the beach, already taken by 8 am.

Staff couldn't do enough for you, so friendly and helpful, our room (bungalow (room 801) pool view) was epic, two bathrooms a Turkish shower and spacious.with a comfortable bed.

They wasn't anything I didn't really like, the breakfast buffet could have had more choice, but it was still very good and the remote for the TV didn't work, bit with that pool outside my room, why would I need a TV

Positives: All the food at the a la crate restaurants was super good. Also the lounge800 bar was amazing (cocktails, calm breakfast served to the table and delicious snacks). The atmosphere at the beach bar and fish restaurant was very nice. The staff was very friendly and hard working The location is excellent, not too far from the airport -and Rhodes town. Children pool was nice with the slides and due to its size it was never too crowded.

We booked garden bungalow but we got upgraded into the pool view room because our garden bungalow had cockroach problem. The bungalow was not cleaned up daily but the pool view room was very clean and also cockroach free.

Lovely hotel on a nice beach. Well kept with friendly staff. Very good food.

Nowhere to walk to really but short bus ride into Rhodes old town. Housekeeping in the room was not great.

Exceeded my expectations. Incredible value for money. Best part about this place is the amount of restaurants and bars you could choose from meaning it wasn’t always a buffet meal. And that was for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also drinks were fast and extensive choice of cocktails and wine. The new peruvian restaurant was the high light, one of the best meals I’ve had! Staff were friendly and Accommodating. Entertainment was good and different entertainment in different section of the resort. So there was a lot of choice. No struggle for loungers and there was many to pick from depending if you wanted to be poolside or beach side. Or in the garden if the sun got too much. Couldn’t recommend the place enough. Would definitely return!

The cleaning was a little odd, they never seemed to take away any dirty glasses that we had brought in from the bar so we ended up with a collection of wine and beers glasses in our room. Only 1 pillow per bed but I’m sure we could have asked for more.

The staff, selection of food, facilities, entertainment was all excellent. Really enjoyable trip and the staff were very helpful when we fell ill during the trip also. Highly recommended and will be returning

One should reserve seats in a la carte restaurnats ONLY after check-in (not in advance on line). So if you stay only few days (we've stayed only 4 nights) you may face the situation that all days of your stay ALL a la carte restaurants are full. Pity...

Very modern and up to date throughout. Loads of restaurants available and different cuisines. Loved the different ranges of food each day and night. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Food was fresh and best thing about the hotel was the staff. Very welcoming throughout our stay. It’s always going to be a special place as we got engaged here. We will be back again soon 😄

The whole experience was amazing. Couldn’t fault anything at all. I have seen some people saying the rooms need an update, however who cares to be honest. You sleep and wash within your room. All we needed it for.

The facilities at the Eden Roc are superb, the staff are very friendly and go that extra mile to help. The dining experience is truly wonderful and you are spoilt for choice, we particularly like the utilisation of the App to book your restaurants, which made it easy for us to decide on what nights for which restaurant and food choice. The quality of the food was second to none and on one particular night we felt we were having a Michelin starred experience with the meal we had chosen. Just delicious and a taste sensation.

We had an Executive Suite with a side sea view overlooking the gardens. It was perfect, quiet and had a large balcony. My only comment would be that the shower in our room (419) does require replacing or at least refurbishing. The shower tray lamentation was broken and the door and side panel leaked every time you had a shower. We advised the hotel of this and they did what they could to ensure the area was kept dry. Please note this is not a complaint, merely constructive feedback, and the fault can be easily rectified, with a new showere tray
