Hyatt Regency Thessaloniki

The rooms are big and clean. Hotel facilities are great, including the pool and restaurants. About the room, the bed is very comfortable, the shower and bathtub are great (hot water and pressure), it includes all the things you need (softy towels, robes, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush and toothpaste,... ), and overall it was very clean. There is a very convenient airport shuttle every 30 minutes and it takes 5 minutes to get to the airport. There is a huge mall close by (10 minutes drive) which has a great variety of restaurants and coffee places.

The hotel is located in an industrial and service area. If you want to go out of the hotel, you must have a car or use a lot of taxi services.

+ The hotel is located in a very quiet and green area of Thessaloniki, very close to the airport, but far from the city center. + The rooms are huge (even the smallest ones), seem recently renovated and are well equiped. + The view from our room was pretty much 100% nature, which was very relaxing. + Beds are huge also and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our sleep. + Staff was super friendly and accomodating. + Free shuttle bus to/from the airport was a big bonus.

- No nespresso machine in the room, only instant coffee and a kettle. This is pretty standard in hotels of that league, so I was quite taken aback by the absence of it. - Rooms were renovated and looked great, but the rest of the hotel feels a bit dated. There are also other things that give away the age of the hotel, like the room service tray, which looked pretty old and a bit damaged. - I am not a big fan of carpetted floors.

We have a stayed at this Hyatt several times. It's our "go-to" hotel in Thessaloniki due to its proximity to the airport and the exit from Thessaloniki to Chalkidiki. Downtown Thessaloniki is about 20 min by car (depends though on traffic conditions - could be much longer). The hotel premises are very nice, with an amazing exterior pool. Standard rooms are on the large size with equally large bathrooms (bathtub and shower). The fitness center at the hotel is very well equipped and there is even a substantial interior pool. The hotel has a shuttle for airport pick up and delivery (not sure if you pay extra for the service).

For some people the location may not be ideal (for us it is due to the reasons I mentioned before). The hotel is very nice, but it is also expensive when it comes to food and drinks. Breakfast is buffet style and tends to be very pricey if bought separately - best to choose the breakfast option with the room reservation.

Well designed and elegant resort style hotel with nice garden and relaxed atmosphere. The staff was very helpful and polite, in particular at the reception and the valets and the shuttle drivers to the nearby Casino. They were real professionals.

Too high price for the New Year’s holiday, although service was almost impeccable. The breakfast room was too small when most of the guests arrived around the same time on Saturday morning.There were not enough tables and we ended up sitting and eating in the lobby.

The property is beautiful - the pool, the restaurants, the hiking trails were spectacular. You feel like you are in an oasis.

The room we got allocated was beautiful, but it was really really far away. Given that I am 9 months pregnant, I would’ve appreciated a little more consideration to get a room that’s closer to the facilities (pool + breakfast). Walking back and forth almost put me in labor lol.

breakfast is one of the best in the world, just amazing pool is big and beautiful and all the pool area is like super exclusive we have all we need and more in the room very clean and with lots of space. we forgot some items in the room and the hotel contact us the next day to make sure we get it back. valet car parking and free shuttle to casino airport and city center

AVIS car was nightmare

Everything! Amazing staff, great location (near airport), wonderful amenities with awesome pools, family friendly, super comfy beds, impeccably clean, accommodating, super luxurious!! It was our favorite hotel from our entire 3 week trip to Greece!! We will definitely be staying there again on our next trip!! Highly recommend for families!!

Everything about this hotel was great! Nothing disappointed!

We got in late evening early morning this was just a stop to sleep and start our road trip through Greece. The people where super welcoming and kind. The free shuttle was a plus to and from the airport. The bed I slept is was comfortable. Breakfast had many options and was good.

My son complained that the cot he sleep on was not comfortable and wanted to sleep on the floor. Maybe they need to be replace

Everything. Have never stayed anywhere so comfortable, luxurious, spacious and guest friendly. The staff were brilliant and the gardens were out of this world. The pool was huge and there was even a waterfall. The tennis courts were in super condition. Wish we had longer so we could play. The room was amazing. Loved the little red light on the light switches at night to guide me. Little details count. We are considering going back to Thessalonika in the future just to stay at the hotel. Absolutely fantastic. Thanks to all the staff.

The check-in process was straightforward, and we were directed to where all the facilities were. The breakfast room was fantastic. They had everything, and everything was fresh. We did not stay long, but I would have enjoyed their beautiful pool and their outdoor sitting.

I would of liked them to take our luggage to our room or at least walk us to the elevator. We
