Garden Villa Hotel

We loved the size of the room and the fact that there were two full baths included! Also, the staff were really attentive and the overall feel was relaxed and welcoming. After checking in, the front desk called to see if our room was to our liking, which was very thoughtful. It is definitely 100x better than a 5 star hotel that has so many restrictions. So, if you're looking for a hotel with huge rooms, soft beds, and a relaxing atmosphere, then book with Garden Villa! 💕🌸🌴🪷🌺

The room was comfortable and clean. Trash was emptied daily and beds were made. Location is close to everything. I would book there again. Shower water pressure was great. Met our needs, we would be out most of the day, just needed a comfortable place to retreat and rest up when the day was done. Sit's on a hillside, nice views outside.

A coffee maker would have been nice.

All staff was so great, above and beyond any service i experienced. They are more like family than an employee for a company it felt like home. Caroline, Jevana, Cora, and Jason, there were others as well, are just a few names that made my stay that no word can say. Thank you, guys. I won't forget all of you...

Well, the storm, of course, caused the elevator to go down. I'm on the 3rd floor. Laundry room out off order, there was no parking for the actual guest of the hotel, because other people were trying to check in and parked in the guest parking, and the pool was filled with debris. Other than that, the staff did their all to keep guests safe and satisfied

The room is excellent. Beds are clean and tidy. The only problem I had and I did experience was the last building, one of the last room close to the abandoned hotel. I experience movements in that room. This happened last year when I checked for 2 days, i had to check out the next due to horrifying movements. It's pretty scary. It's not that I don't like. I'm very thankful that they knock on the doors if we need anything. But I suggest, you guys should have hanging signs. Such as: 1) DO NOT DISTURBE 2) CLEAN ROOMS, etc.

We like that my daughter's room was on the first floor and able to walk out her patio into the pool area. We really like the multiple beds are great for the sleepover with her friends. I like that there were utensils/knife in the kitchenette which made our lives easier for dining. We like that the Managers take responses and complaints seriously that Ethaniel visited us to ensure we had a pleasant stay.

We had a terrible welcoming, We were told to wait for our second room that took too long to clean and the staff did not communicate in a timely manner. They told us that it would be done by 3 pm but instead was done at 530 pm. The Assistant Manager Ethaniel Escuadra responded to our inquiry and we are happy for the resolution. The second thing that needs to be corrected is the stair landing needs to have rubber matting or something to prevent falls when it rains.

I like the convenience store that was on the property and the quietness. staff was super friendly and helpful to whatever you needed. the laundry room on site was a nice to have. overall the price for this place makes it well worth the stay and a bang for your buck!

the WIFI is my only complaint about this place. it is only good for texting and low bandwidth streaming. if you are trying to download anything from an iPhone update, movie or a video game it is not going to happen. to download something that was 10 gigs took 3 days and I got to 90% until I had to go back out to sea.

I got a four-bed room for cheap, clean and easy. They have a little kitchenette if you make your own food and two small bathrooms. A google TV with Netflix or you can log into another service if you want. There’s a pool right outside or you can walk to the beach.

Didn’t like how the detachable shower heads would spin around if you accidentally turn on the water too high and splash past the curtain. Also, it didn’t effect me but the room had a broken closet door.

Very well kept property and lots lof room for a family of 6. Two full baths in the room was a plus.

- Lack of signage of laundry hours and only 1 washer per building. - Had 6 adults and when asked for more towels was told I could only get 4. - Had to call a few times for toilet paper as they only have 1 roll per bathroom. - Lack of parking space when property is full - Customer service is hit or miss. Most are very nice and helpful but did encounter a late night shift worker who had an attitude and wasn’t very courteous.

It may not be a 4/5 star hotel, but it's convenient, considering there's a kitchen area, refrigerator, and microwave just your basic kitchen needs and two bathrooms. So that's always a plus. Other hotels, ask for a microwave either they don't provide or you would have to pay to use one.

I used to work in housekeeping. Ladies, please air out the rooms. I'm a smoker, yet did not smoke when I arrived. I used the bathroom I saw a single ash behind the door.I didn't know the room smelled like smoke until my spouse came in and said it smelled like someone was smoking in the room. And please check the headboards it was dusty.

This is not first time to stay, knowing location from airport. Easy to visit here by rentacar. Building is old but well maintain and reasonable looks. Bed is a little old but for sleep, no prblem.

Bath tub, can not fill water. It is good if I could have bathing on my stay. Shower is only hand shower, it is OK but locate only high position. My wife height less than 5ft and can not reach shower. Hope they can add lower location for shower holder, too.
