First of all, I love the cleanliness🥰, The staff Especially Mr Walensky who went above and beyond to provide us great services which I truly love. Yes the area was safe. peaceful and quiet. The swimming pool was just awesome too.
I didn’t like the fact that the buffet cost $45 per person! seriously I could give my family this money and would cook for me for 3 days so please reconsider. Some staff was not so kind to especially the ones at the front desk 🙄🙄. But Mr Desrosiers was nice to me all the time.

Great hotel with nice facilities and friendly staff. Excellent WiFi and shower pressure. Big room with a nice view. The hotel also provided me with a driver for the two days (for an additional charge) who was godsent.
Restaurant food and service did not match the quality of the hotel.

The breakfast was great, American food and Caribbean food was not bad at all. We’ve enjoyed the breakfast, 6:30 to 11:00am, we couldn’t ask for more. The servers were excellent! All the staff are very nice. Keep on the good work! It was our first time there definitely there’ll be another time.

The location was perfect not to far from the airport.
I know Haiti is a developing country , but the hotel did not have enough money to exchange US dollars. Overall it’s okay I clearly understand why . I will be returning soon , but I’ll just exchange my US dollars in the US.
