Restautant where vegetarian and Non-vegetarian were together. It should / must be kept separately so Pure Vegetarian People can enjoy they food at property. Unfortunately because of that we had dinner outside.

New property. Very clean and modern look and modern furnishings. We had both dinner & breakfast. Both were very good. Breakfast spread was decent. If you are looking for 20+ items in breakfast, go elsewhere. We had a suite and multiple Taj view rooms. The suite was quite big. The regular rooms were sized fine, not overly huge but not small either. As a comparison, we’ve stayed at Marriotts and Hiltons, and we felt this place was equivalent. Alleviate obviously doesn’t have a gym or swimming pool or a large overall property.
Payment via booking.com is wonky as you are asked to pay a deposit (off band) ahead of time. Booking.com and the hotel should work together to make this easier for the customer.

Property is very good suit room was good with all amenities in the room n staff of hotel was very nice freindly promt service for everything I would prefer to stay here in future only thing I don't like we don't get local transport easily from the hotel though the hotel in main road busy road no Uber ola cabs n auto are available from here
Too much costly food in the hotel price for everything was too high compared to other hotels coffee 110/- bread omlette 200/- tea 80/- separate buffet breakfast 400 + taxes on all

It was an amazing experience with hotel alleviate. It was my 4th stay here and it was really a most comfortable place for me in Agra. I specially thanks to Mr Manoj Chauhan, Mr. jeetu and mr dayashankar ji for making my trip so comfortable and beautiful. And atmosphere of HICHKI ROOF TOP restro was like a cherry on the cake. I had a really amazing experience at Hotel Alleviate. All the room amenities and hotel facilities were above the expectations. Hotel entrance steals the heart of guests, they kept a huge flower pot at the main entrance and shares huge area for waiting just near the entrance they have a restaurant where u can enjoy ur meals as well ur morning breakfast not just this, hotel having its own wonderful roof top resturant where u can enjoy meals, drinks with night music. Room amenities are fabulous hotel offers such beautiful view of Taj Mahal from room window. Staff is so helpful and kind always there to help on just 1 phone call Overall my stay at Hotel Alleviate was superb. I highly recommend visiting guests to choose their stay at hotel Alleviate 😊
Things which I don't like about the hotel that they are very particular for food timings even at day time. Food services should be available on call atleast at the day time guests should not wait for 1pm lunch time. 😔

Great location, clean and my room had a kettle and fridge. Top floor bar/restaurant is a must. Good view and lovely food, like pizza and burgers. Recommend.
Felt a bit unwell one evening and the downstairs restaurant couldn’t even supply a few slices of toast or a piece of fresh fruit like a banana. Lovely chicken soup but pricey bottle of water!

Wonderful hotel! Great prices and good rooms. The view was directly on taj mahal in distance (sadly the windows were a bit dirty). Hotel has great rooftop restaurant/bar, which served reasonable priced and delicious local food.
The rooftop bar made much noise until very late hours at night.

Hotel looks great. Everything was working fine. Room and washroom was clean. Staff at reception were very helping.
The rooftop restaurant hichki was always booked for private party or something and we didn't get chance to go there. Some Staff there wasn't very polite. Room felt suffocating.
