I am pure vegetarian person and this was exactly was looking for. even few items were no onion no garlic so it was a cherry on cake for me. Staff was supportive. Dinner was at good price for buffet. many many varieties were available to select from, overall very good experience. would definitely stay there on my next visit.

I do not find anything to write for negative review as I was there for one night only.

We arrived at 8 a.m. as our flight landed early in the morning. Although the standard check-in time is 2 p.m. they provided a room within 15 minutes as they had rooms available.

Although most people like the fact that it is a 100% vegetarian hotel, for me, it is not a positive fact because then they don't even have eggs for breakfast, which is like a basic breakfast item. Not to mention, they have a lot of other options in Indian food to compensate it. But for me and my partner personally, most of it was too heavy for breakfast.

Everything was fine except the following incident.

While checking-in I noticed one guest complaining about her laptop that was found broken in her room, most likely by some housekeeping staff. First of all such situation should not arise, second, Management should consider the complaint favorably and compensate customer handsomely.

Everything is great but if I really need to pick things then they can improve upon their Gym and have some indoor swimming facilities.

Very nice place, very good location and superb facility. Breakfast is recommended and is very good. Hotel staff was very friendly. Room access is very smooth.

The check in and check out process is really pathetic. had to wait approx 45 minute to 1 hour to check in and almost same for check out. Had to stand in queue for check in and no one to tell which queue is working. Definitely recommend to improve check in/out process.

radisson-class everywhere. Perfect rooms, breakfast, staff, lobby. Great admin who solves strange requests easily

slight discomfort about surroundings - window view and foul smell outside... but thats india, you should accept it by default :)

pure vegetarian food do no need to enquire and verify ingredients and vast choices of vegetarian dishes.

sometimes the corridors are too crowded, also paying to the room directly took me time to organise but finally worked well.

Rooms are very well maintained. Great job by tem house keeping. Lavish breakfast, the restaurant team was very cooperative and active.

The time taken for check-in was too long. I have experienced the same for other people also sitting just opposite to check in counter. Don't know if the people are slow or the computers they use are slow. I think you should seriously work on it may be increasing the check in counters.

The best thing I like was the PURE VEGETARIAN BREAKFAST offered by the hotel. It's paradise for vegetarians. B.fast was indeed highly delicious and sumptuous and it overcame every negativity and we checked out happily despite all check in related problems. Keep up the quality.... Also property as such is good...

The front desk is far less than to be called efficient, there was a long queue for check in and people were standing like to board a train against different reception counters, which you can never expect from 5 star hotel. They had stereotype answer that room is not ready, without any answer that what the housekeeping staff was doing for 2 hrs in between check out out check in timings... Also, cost of food items is exorbitant, it shd be reviewed at a lower end.

True to its brand name, country inn never disappoints. Cozy and comfy room. Excellent quality of service. Breakfast is something you should not miss. The variety in the breakfast buffet is unparalled. I have been staying in hotels for past 30 years. Still have not been able to find a match. Recommended for business as well as solo trips.
