ITC Grand Goa, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Goa

There were marriages on both nights when I was staying there with a lot of loud music. It would be nice if the other guests are alerted if there is a wedding taking place so we can decide whether to stay or not.

Loved everything about the property. Very helpful staff and the service is top notch. Must mention the guy Dhruba, who was super attentive and super polite. He ensured we were so well looked after.

The beach grill Royal Afghan is a bit hyped and over priced. They should turn it into an all day beach grill. The menu is quite limited. Also the buffet menu gets quite repetitive. These are the only two things I can mention.

Excellent location, greenery, service, beach access and so many swimming pools with short slides and jacuzzi. The beach is very clean and feels semi private. The vast garden and magical forest area is worth mentioning. Staff at ITC goes way above and beyond to ensure that your family stay is truly memorable. Special mention for all the Chef’s at main restaurant, staff at swimming pool and kids play. Must try their Citrus mint mocktail at the pool side. Also, both lagoon and garden view rooms are fabulous. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days but seemed it was a short stay so will extend this next time to be a minimum 7 days stay here.

Nothing to complain much. I noticed that even if you have any incovenience and share your feedback then they are attended immediately with utmost sincerity and humbleness.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive. We had some minor issues with the first room that we were allotted and we pointed them out soon after check in. Immediately the staff swung into action, found an alternate room, helped as move, conveyed sincere apologies for the discomfort and took responsibility for the lapse. We liked all of this. There was some construction going on in the facility: we were alerted about it and were allotted a room away from the construction and we were undisturbed by it durin gour 3-night stay. The beach was wonderfully clean and guarded at all times that we went. There were lifeguards during most of the day. The buggies needed to move around the large campus were available very quickly. It was the monsoon season, and low occupancy, may be, but very responsive. The swimming pools were very well maintained and a joy to use. There was limited restaurant options due to the construction, but the single place had enough variety to keep us happy over three days. The service was excellent.

The only complaint is that there are no proper showers and changing rooms near the swimming pools, except for a minimal toilet. So one had to go back to the room for a shower and change instead of hopping over for a meal an the recreation area next to the pools, with a pool table and a table tennis table needs a big makeover.

Great location, several pools for families, kids, and adults only. Staff is super helpful and addressed any questions or issues we had in a very timely manner.

We took the all-inclusive package. I would have appreciated the soft drinks to be included in the package as they are cheaper than water. The quality of the food is good, but at least for lunch and dinner, 90% of the food is Indian, and only three dishes were continental, and three were Asian. I would have appreciated a higher amount of continental food as not everyone can handle the spice level that locals are used to. Also, it would be great to include a spice level on the food tag, besides the veg/non-veg

Resort was great, you can stay 5 to 10 days just inside without getting bored. The private beach was clean with a sea side restaurant. Staff was really helpful and pleasing, can't be more grateful to them. Pavilion and Kebab & Kurries staff and head chef were really pleasing and went above and beyond. We even got off menu dishes (on request).. Room services were great in both clesning and accessories/toiletries aspects. Kaya Kalp spa services were exceptional! The variety of services with highly experienced staff surely made our day. Would definitely recommend this. The gym had almost all required equipments, was really clean and had good capacity as well (almost felt like a private gym) The food in all the restaurants were great but the buffet spreads in pavilion for breakfast, lunch and dinner in particular were really impressive in aspects of both variety and quality.

The Farol bar seemed like a lost opportunity for the resort. Almost all the drinks (especially spirits and cocktails) come from here, but also it's architectural design is outstanding with 2 floors towering above the resort facing the pool and the sea. However, not a lot of people go there (at least what we observed), this place can be decorated and especially needs to be hyped and marketted more (maybe with some events, music and flairtending?) The private beach can have few more shacks for people to chill, this would complete the resort, and we won't feel the need to go to outside at all :)

Beach is exceptional and beautiful, well kept and supervised. Property in general is very clean and well kept. Breakfast buffet was inclusive of most options and very good. Dinner also quite good, however very expensive. The pool was excellent and a great spot for us to group. We watched a movie in the theatre which was very comfortable and staff was very accommodating to allow us to choose our own choice of film. Spa services were excellent. Staff was also quite attentive and because of some minor grievances, they went above and beyond to host us on our final night for dinner. The service was exceptional and the food was great.

Check in process somewhat tedious, but feedback was well received by staff. To go off the resort, we were forced to order cars through the hotel which was also expensive. We also learned at the very end of our trip from some of the drivers that unless we were paying drivers in cash (which we weren't doing most often and just charging to the room), they often were not getting their pay from the hotel for many months. I found this appalling and exceptionally unethical. I hope that the Marriot looks into this practice and corrects. Rooms were comfortable and housekeeping attentive - the rooms themselves are starting to wear slightly and could benefit from some maintenance.

ITC as always is beyond the expectations! The huge gardens like a small jungle with the great polite staff makes a unique combination. Polite and friendly staff, great facilities, clean, great food, smiley people always willing to help… Great sunset on the beach, wonderful and clean huge swimming pool….with people around who are trying to understand what is your next need in order to help. Fantastic family-friendly setting with a charming private beach for a relaxing experience!

Very poor buffet management system! the restaurants in the morning and evening were over crowded and very busy. plate and cutlery replenishment rate was very poor! food replenishment was also an issue. it seemed like they were also understaffed too. Most of the waiting staff were carefree and lazy, requiring repeated reminders (4-5 times) to provide us with some water/coffee/drink.

Room was amazing including bathroom Veranda along with room was a nice sitting place Specially liked children activities and my kid was very happy in Ollie's club Great location as along the beach Staff is very accomodating All in all excellent property

Steam and Sauna - Steam room was too hot and Sauna was not. I usually like to enjoy the same but didn't like the same in this hotel
