Holiday Inn Express Hyderabad Banjara Hills, an IHG Hotel

The location. Helpful staff on the Reception desk. The location is excellent. Breakfast was reasonably good and variety of items to cater every taste.

The size of room is quite tiny. Bath and Toilet very tiny. No closet to hang clothes. Although double occupancy THEY DID NOT PROVIDE MORE THAN ONE TOWEL, Despite reminder both to Room cleaners and Reception Desk. The Hotwater temperature was not hot enough for the Winter.

Well appointed, well laid out room and washroom where everything works as it should. Room functionality is more important than room size for business travelers.

1) Tiny hotel signboard on the road which is easy to miss, even with Google maps. Pl have a proper signboard. 2) None of the important details like my company name, my company's GST no. were communicated by booking.com to the hotel. So what's the point of filling up all these details during the booking process if the hotel asks the guest to fill this all over again, that too after checking with the reception whether they know that the invoice has to be with company details (they assume default that it is a personal booking)??? This is an easy fix, isn't it?

Staff and the service was quite good, anything needed was done by the staff without any hassle. Breakfast included with the stay was also very good with almost every option available for breakfast to eat.

Shower and W.C are kept different as in they are not attached in one single bathroom which is good and bad, it is good because if someone is using shower the WC is not occupied for others to use but the main problem was both Wand shower had frosted glass door which still fine but shower area didn't had a latch to lock door from inside, so you just close the door you cannot lock it. So in terms of room design they should have made a proper sized bathroom with a single proper door.

Amazing transit friendly location, next to a Super market and less than 5 mins walk to the nearest Metro 🚇 stop. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and always welcoming with a smile on their face. My entire process from check in to check out and post check out luggage storage was as seamless as it could possibly be..!! The entire front desk team was very helpful, especially Kartik who extremely adjusting to my early arrival and even provided me with a temporary room till my room was getting ready. He is super efficient and on too if things…!! The Breakfast spread every morning is diverse, healthy, filling and served for a long enough time to let you fuel up for the day ahead..!!! The Kitchen team is just as efficient as The Front desk and any request was attended within 5 mins. Amongst the Kitchen team, Abhi was really helpful in providing me with tips to best explore the city within the short time I had and was up with innovative ideas and always checking if my stay was proceeding well..!! The collective effort of the team to ensure their guests have a memorable stay shows that everyone at the property really like hospitality and are NOt working there just as a job…!!! The fitness facility is decent enough to keep your shape while travelling.. ( we all know how Hard that is..!! 😅) Well done Kartik, Abhi and everyone else I didn’t interact face to face but was equally supportive behind the scenes.🙂👍🏻 I definitely recommend this property especially if you have a short to medium length stay in Hyderabad. and look forward to a stay here if / when I am in this city again..!! although it’s a new building, sections of the room have disfiguring / stains.. but NO mould or health issue. Over all the property is well maintained and temperature control is even / consistent throughout..!!

The hotel is fully compliant with the expectations from an international chain. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, breakfast includes the continental non-spicy options, wifi works well.

As commonly for the hotels, internal soundproofing is not good. And I would like to see a bit more awareness of the hotel staff about typical "travel tips", e.g. money exchange points.

The location is a plus point. Most amenities, including the metro station were within a walking distance (summer in HYD notwithstanding). The breakfast spread was just right. Helpful and friendly staff (Abhishek, Amir and housekeeping staff)

cobwebs in the room. No provision of mosquito repellent in the room. surprisingly there were mosquitoes when the Aircon was switched off. Would request to resolve these in order to remain a world class brand.

Clean rooms, affordable prices, complimentary breakfast,good location, .there are 3 malls near it in 10 mins walking distance, GVK mall, Galleria Mall, City center Mall. hotel right next to More Retail Stores.the rooms have multiple socket phone charger, this is very useful for travellers.Rooms have 42 inch plasma Tv. The staff is professional and kind.

Dinning area gets crowded during breakfast time , so may be dining area can be increased.Hotel does not have in house kitchen, so food items are limited.They depend on cloud kitchen. Bathroom is very small.

Location: very convenient / breakfast: lot of variety each day and it was fresh / staff: courteous and helpful without being intrusive / had a laundry room which we could use / common areas were very clean / rooms were cleaned every day too.

room size: was small. very little space to move around for two people. no stool or cupboard to keep clothes, etc.. / cab facility: could be arranged only for city tour or airport pickup-drop.

Excellent experience! The hall staff updated my room in a bigger one where I could work confortable on a desk. I asked a lot of scanner copies for my job and they were so kind every time. and so helpful! I left my luggage until the evening after checkout without extracharge. The laundry room is free and they give you soap or you can iron for yourself at any hours. Breakfast great, clean. Next to the hotel there is a cheap supermarket with everything you need; great position in Hyderabad.

The breakfast was sumptuous and the hotel also is a good business class centrally located in the city. The rooms are very clean and the house keeping team is really doing an excellent job to maintain the same. The is provided with all facilities. A great place to stay on a business trip.
