The kitchen staff was very friendly. Food was good. They also provided pickup service.

Front desk personnel needs to learn politeness!!!! I had made an advance payment confirming my booking but it seems there was no documentation of the same from the hotel's end. The front desk personnel was quite arrogant asking me to show the proof of document of my payment and was literally stalling my checkin inspite of me making full payment on spot at the time of arrival. After a long journey facing this kind of behaviour upon arrival puts a bad mark on the hotels reputation.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 nights and were very impressed with the service !1. This hotel is in the heart of the city , for getting rickshaws you talk to the reception for cheap price . 2. The room was spacious and clean. 3. The food menu was limited but it was fabulous food. 4. The staff was extremely helpful in providing us the information regarding the rickshaw fares , good places to eat and good shopping destinations. 5. They had their own cabs and at a decent rate they would take you around for a day long

Excellent service by Hotel CLASSIC INN and their staff. Couldn't ask for more. Their room service is very good. The manager Dashrath has provided the best balcony room of our choice exactly that we liked. They have provided breakfast in the room when we couldn't make it to the restaurant in the morning. Their laundry service were very nice. They also provided one day laundry service. They arranged taxi for me when I had to go jaipur sightseeing to the . Best hotel in jaipur , Hotel CLASSIC INN is my go-two place. Stayed for the first time early this year. Dashrath Ji handles everything so well. Both my family and I had a wonderful time. Services are good, prompt, and rooms are neat & clean. They even have car services for tourists. Dilip ji was our driver and helped us everyway possible in travelling and shopping. The stay was amazing enough that when this time my siblings had to travel, without a second thought, I booked this place and spoke to Dashrath Ji. This time again, their travel was taken care of very well. It's nearby railway stn. so thats an add-on

We were surprised by the amazing service we got for that very cheap price. The rooms are big Family room but very very clean. We stayed for two nights, and the in room breakfast service was very good: food was very nice and delivered in just few minutes. What made us fall in love was the kindness of the staff they helped us with some special requests without charging anything, took very good care of our laundry and were always available for any information with a smile. Would go back any time.

MEALS RATE ARE LITTLE HIGH BUT TASTIER. THE STAFFS ARE COOPERATIVE. Mr. Surendra Singh is an extraordinary behavior, Cool and well matured to deal with all kind of Tourists. Rooms are well cleaned and Bath room is big and well maintained. Roof top dinner is marvelous. You may be cheated by Touring agency/ driver at Jaipur but in this hotel you will find everything are in -order

Beginning with The Reception Manager's(both were Extremely Professional and Co-Operative) to the Bell Boys to the House Keeping and the Restaurant Boys were Extremely Courteous. They both(Reception Manager's)Tried to Accommodate for Whatever I've asked them for, within the policies of a Hotel. Extremely Satisfied Experience.

It is strategically located. We traveled by train and also by bus and the Jaipur railway station as well as the state owned bus stations are near to the hotel Classic Inn

We had particular difficulties in eating as we could find suitable restaurants in either Chandpole area in Khatipyr Road. Bothe are within the city limit but the distances are considerable.

The staff were attentive and the location was close to the metro and train station which made it easy to travel to the City palace.

Room cleanliness was an issue but i was able to switch rooms without any fuss. Just make sure to inspect your bed/sheets before settling in.
