Le Meridien Jaipur Resort & Spa

Location is very good and room size is good for three persons. Buffet was good. Staff was courteous when told the problem ( which should not have been there in first place).

1. During booking I called multiple times once when someone one picked up asked me to call after an hour as this was lunch time. Post that no one picked up the number. I had to find another number from internet which was picked up. 2. Within hotel, staff was not aware of the discounts and schemes. I had to remind. So they produced fresh bill every-time with adjustment. 3. While cleaning they did not put towels in bathrooms.

The ambience of the hotel is fantastic. Everything is well-maintained. Service of the stuff is exceptional: very polite and understanding. Specially, I would like to highlight the quality and the taste of food in the restaurant, it was amazing! Thanks to the Chef. It’s a great stay away from noisy & busy Jaipur but, at the same time, at a comfortable distance to reach the city or Amer Fort. Definitely recommending this place!

The staff was exceptional, the room was spacious, good facilities. Overall, a great stay!

Maybe another speciality restaurant would’ve been good to go to for a change, instead of having to one restaurant throughout our stay! Also some activities like yoga would’ve been nice to participate in/promotions on Spa treatments would’ve wanted time to try out one! I noticed that the Spa staff were quite idle with no work!

Nice hotel in convenient area but away from Jaipur. Good pool. Staff is very nice and kind. Good musicians at lobby. Business convenient for small meetings.

Noise from construction/renovation made impossible our stays at the poolside. Machine noise from 8 to 22 spoiled our relaxation. But next time will be better.

Over all the stay was good. Food was also good although some of the staff in the dining area were not up to the mark,them being trainees I guess! Others were very professional and good in their conduct! Property is good and comfortable but as the booking site gave 6 kms from Jaipur city which proved to be 16 kms from Jaipur city!

Nothing as such!

The service was excellent. We were served by excellent staff members, to name a few - Shashi, Pranab Jyoti and chef Anand. It was a delight to hear Devilal perform local Rajasthani songs. On the day of our check out the chef Anand arranged a special Pani Puri (Golgappe) dish which had a unique flavour and was exquisite in taste. Thank you team Le Meridien Jaipur.

Distance is quite far from the city area.

Our stay was awesome and we really are looking forward for another stay at your resort. All staffs were excellent and really dedicated to customer service to convert it into customer delight. Some of the staffs we had an interaction with and would like to recommend for encouragement were Ms Nikita, Ms Onika, Ms Anjali, Ms Juhi, Ms Priya and Ms Jyoti. Thanks.

This property truly lives up to its name. We had booked this property for 2 days, and my stay was truly comfortable, and the hospitality was unquestionable. The hotel staff were extremely accommodating and allowed us to upgrade our room; hence, this was a big plus. Special thanks to Miss Priti at the front desk, who made our stay even more accommodating and rememberable. Overall, I had a great experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great as well. We will definitely be visiting soon and recommending this property to my colleagues and friends.

The staff was very polite and welcoming. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Me and my partner went for full body spa and it was fantastic. The spa specialists were very professional and gave us the best experience.

The location was bit far from the city but it was alright as we had our own car.

An oasis of calm with excellent attentive service from staff. We tried the different local dishes as per their advice. Everyhing was great.

One very slight criticism is the huge number of light switches in room and switching off the master switch meant no light in bathroom for a nocturnal visit.
