Four Points by Sheraton Navi Mumbai, Vashi

This hotel is a gem especially because of its staff. They make the place special. I would like to applaud: 1. Nikhil, Akshat, Ankita and Rizwan for their diligence and professionalism - they assigned me the best suites that helped me run my business meetings ! 2. The Restaurant staff - Bulbuli, Sohini, Mayuri, Sachin and Siddhesh - they were outstanding for making stuff available at breakfast and dinners ! 3. The Housekeeping staff - Sheetal and her team - keep the suites the cleanest ! 4. The Security team at the Hotel entrance - they are always willing to help with you bags and they rock ! 5. The Interns - this hotel has the best student staff - Khushi, Jahnvi, Vedant - hope they join the team soon !

The hotel does not serve local seafood. The hotel needs to serve more of local fish and support local businesses for sourcing seafood. If you don't support local seafood businesses, then who will ? Setup an example for others to follow.

We flew in from San Francisco to Mumbai to meet family and also for work. Great property and exceptional service provided by the staff ! Special thanks to folks who made our stay memorable with their amazing service: 1. Nikhil, Ankita and all the front desk staff for a speedy and super smooth check in process 2. Staff at the breakfast bar - Sohini, Sujay, Rachana, Lakshman, Azam, Bulbuli for awesome service at the restaurant for breakfast 5. The housekeeping manager Victor and hotel manager Rohan for continuous check and diligence during our stay making it memorable 6. Staff outside who helped us load and unload our heavy luggage Overall this a great place to stay and also mix business with family stay because of the hotel staff and their amazing work ethics. We got a room on the higher floor which had a good view. The room size was also decent and the bed was comfortable. The swimming pool was clean and had a kids section and a jacuzzi section. The best part of this hotel is its location. It is adjacent to inorbit mall, and min walk to vashi station. The staff is very decent and friendly and do their best to make ur stay comfortable. The hotel is a little expensive but worth staying, and I would definitely stay again.

More lights should be there to make the room brighter, if needed. Why does the bathroom not have a latch to close the door?

the location we great for our trip to ikea. the staff was incredibly helpful. breakfast was a pleasant surprise - what a spread!

the glass wall from the shower/bathroom is open to the room. that was odd. (although there is a blind to close). the bathroom itself could be cleaner. all that glass needs to be cleaned with glass cleaner and shining, or else the whole thing just looks filthy. there were drips from previous guests, and splatter marks on the mirror. everything else was to such a high standard, the bathroom cleanliness really let you down. overall still recommend though, and would return.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean, spacious rooms. Awesome breakfast with huge variety (and lots of veggie options and even plant based milk options). Nice room cleaning services :)

Lack of transparency in pricing: We ended up paying more than what we initially booked on booking.com. spent longer than expected at checkout trying to understand why this was (with the cab for the airport waiting for us). Eventually one of the managers explained the GST on booking.com is incorrect...and that they had raised it already...

The staff were exceptionally hospitable without appearing obsequious. The room & bed was very comfortable. The view from the window lovely to have. The open air swimming pool was clean, not busy & perfect for a relaxing swim. All round a very pleasant relaxing stay.

Ordering food or a drink at the pool-side is tricky/ unclear. Spa/Saloon could be improved e.g. communication skills/ clarity about the services on offer. e,g. Facial not clear what exactly the various terms mean. I suspect the persons in charge don’t have a clue. pedicure was exceptional.. scrub was good as well.

I was Charged more nights than I stayed and the Hotel told me its because of Booking.com It was very unfair! I informed the hotel when I reached and informed them that I had an emergence at Home! I was not happy at all and I am sure someone used the room when I left. I think business people should not look at the money only because my case was clear and was just asking to remove two nights because The air-ticket was changed as well.

>If you happen to have a business around Navi Mumbai/industrial area within a radius of 15-25 km this is the best-located hotel in terms of connectivity, facilities recreation, shopping, etc. >The breakfast and buffet dinner are excellent and provide a good choice. >The staff is excellent and I appreciate the facility manager reaching out to seek feedback.

All was good no critical observations.

The rooms and environment was very comfortable. The view from the room was amazing. We wanted to extend our stay, but initially they said it was sold out. However Mr Santosh at front desk, helped us regarding this issue and we managed to stay 2 more nights. Other staffs were also very efficient and especially during breakfast Ms Sohini took care of us; even the chefs attended to our every needs. Phones were not working and the flush in the toilet had issues but their team was very quick to solve the problems.

We were 3 adults staying in a room but they provided only 1 key card. Had requested the front desk team to provide an extra card but they didn't give. However, every time had to ask for floor access and they were ready to attend. But it's just seem to be a hassle cause even after breakfast (level2) , had to go to the lobby for floor access. For 3 adults, they could easily give 2 key cards. Another thing is that the price of the rooms were doubled compared to our stay in 2021

Well it is marriot bonvoy. So even if categorised at 4 star, it has to be great. Well nikhil, sneha were grear. Nikhil was very helpful , team l9bby. In kitchen restaurant all ladies and gents good, Siddhesh chef and Mr Taukfir tall thin man in blue and spectacles, was nice to all and helpful.

Well they cancelled lunch dinne4 buffet abruptly 🤷‍♀️ 😁😁😁 ofcos practical reasons of thr was justified, but they served us ala carte very gracefully
