The overall ambience of the heritage property, although some people may find the lighting everywhere a bit dark. But that’s what I think created the perfect atmosphere for staying in such a property, replete with trees! I found the beds comfortable too. Food was absolutely delicious; specially during dinner (chicken curry, Lal Maas were the best ones but everything was perfect, including awesome Rotis which I loved after having returned from London after more than a year). We stayed there for 3 nights and we never ate outside because it was so good. But what made the experience even better was the service by the attendants; I don’t remember their name but one of them said he was from a village near Osian and another had a nice moustache; thumbs up to them for their impeccable service throughout our stay. The manager at the reception was also very amicable and I hope he has now recovered in relation to a fracture he had in his hand. Only area of improvement that I would suggest is perhaps a bit of attentiveness to dust off certain areas of the property. I do get that the property is laid out, with trees galore and open areas, which makes it susceptible to gathering dust easily. But that should be a relatively easy fix. Also, there were some spider webs in one of our bathrooms but that was promptly cleaned upon asking the reception. Overall, we loved our stay and it was very good value for money considering the offbeat nature of the property, reasonable yet delicious foods at the in-house restaurant, and the best of it all, the friendliness of everyone running the property. This a most beautiful hotel, family owned, well laid out, spacious and comfortable rooms, friendly and very helpful staff. Breakfast was mostly good, a buffet with eggs on request, and good coffee was available. The whole place is dotted with wonderful old pictures and furniture. The garden is an oasis of green and calm - absolutely magnificent and beautifully kept, with details like flowers floating in large dishes of water and candles in garden alcoves at night - quite magical. It sums up true hospitality.

The food in the restaurant was a little disappointing especially in the evening - could definitely do without porridge at breakfast!

I absolutely love the garden. My 2-years old have a good time running around to explore different corners of the garden. Will be great if they provide some children toys in a corner near the pool (e.g., slides, toys, sandbox, etc.) so they can play. Staff was useful. Unfortunately my family had diarrhea but the staff was helpful in providing remedies. (Didn't help though but appreciate the care.) They also helped arrange some local travel arrangements at reasonable prices. Room is acceptable. Big and clean. Because it is "boutique" so a bit old styled. The door lock feels flimsy though.

The Internet here is absolutely horrible. Almost non-exist. I had to use my cell network here. I suggest the hotel to invest a bit to create a reliable mesh network all around the facility. While the location is near to major attractions (15 minutes in car to fort and palace) there is nothing around to see on foot. I tried to walk to a grocery store near by but the streets are absolutely filthy. Not their fault or anything they can do but be mindful that this is not a location you can wander around. (It is safe neighborhood though, just the trash and smell in the neighborhood around the corner.)

Lot of trees and greenery all around within the campus. Large comfortable rooms. Gives heritage feel of Rajasthan. Staff is cooperative and caring. They prepared excellent breakfast for us. It is quite near to tghe airport. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

TV isnt much use, it was comparatively small size, fixed to a corner of the wall furthest away from the bed so we didn't use it much. The feel is of heritage, so if you expect posh, tech savvy, new age renovated styling, then this is not for you. It is away from key tourist attractions so you will need some transport to visit the tourist places, but we found that couple of autos are always waiting outside the hotel. It is located in quite place and there isn't much outside the hotel to explore.

It’s a stunning boutique hotel, nicely decorated, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Nice restaurant. I think it was the restaurant manager, can’t recall his name, the gentlest man, very kind and helpful. I have many food intolerances and every night he found me a delicious dish to eat. So if you have any allergies/intolerances this hotel is for you. Staff are very helpful and always smiling.

Towels were very thin and didn’t dry very well and the mattress was a bit uncomfortable.

The property was amazing. It was totally green lush and genuinely a heritage property. Breakfast was really amazing. Food quality was very good. Staff was very helpful. They did in room dining as well and the food was also well prepared. Rooms very big and very clean. All facilities were provided. We met owners as well and they were very polite.

Stay with breakfast option was not there. It should have been part of the package. Wi-fi was not very good in the hotel. Check-out time should be 12 instead of 11.

Stunning hotel. Once you walked in through the gates you could feel the calm and tranquility of the hotel. The staff are the best dressed in our stay so far in India. The walk to our room was like exploring an oasis in the jungle. The room was huge and very clean. The owner was amazing and so helpful. We were over charged for a train ticket we bought in Delhi and she spoke on our behalf to the tour operator to help us get our money back. The owner of this hotel took pride in her business and you could tell by the quality of the place and our stay.

The night porter did not speak much English.

Big rooms with a nostalgic atmosphere, in a green garden of plants. Its beautiful, fresh, and very well organised. We enjoyed drinks and diners, outside in the greeneries, all 3 nights of our stay there. The food was good, and service fine. The staff was courteous and smiling. We participated in a jeep visit to villages, with the hotel partner and felt that a lot of respect was given to the villagers. This hotel promotes a respectful tourism and it is worth trusting them. We heartily recommend them! The location is hardly 10mns from the clock tower, and very quiet.

Idyllic shady gardens with curved pathways and different vistas, a welcome relief after a long journey. Lovely pool and surrounding garden. Attentive service throughout. Restaurant outside, on veranda or inside. Enormous bedroom (and bath large enough for a small elephant) with pre-second world war fittings and furniture matched by contemporary fabrics. Reasonable spread of options for breakfast - Spanish omelette far preferable to basic variety. Indian wine available for dinner. Hotel offers guide for walk through the ancient city with its blue - coloured buildings and opens the door to what you might otherwise miss.

Wi-Fi reception patchy.
