Property is very nice. Room is spacious. It's clean Restaurants are very good and staffs in restaurants are very nice Food is also very good. My kids enjoyed the food

Main problem for us is that, we came back to room at night after dharshan with full tired, but the key did not work. Although the nearby staffs took immediate steps to get us the inside the room through master key, but we had our kid sleeping on our shoulder and 1 more kid is very sleepy and we were waiting outside the room just because the key got inactivated, is something which we cannot bare at that time. 2nd main problem is, in many places they have written penalties. Example: 1. If you check out from 11:00 AM to 15:00 PM(I think), you may have to pay half the room rent. 2. And if you wipe your sinthoor or Kumkum using the towel and if it cannot be washed, they have written inside the room that fine will be charged. Overall I strongly this property.

Location.

It's a rated five star hotel but it doesn't have room slippers, they doont provide bathrobe, nor shaving kit, nor a comb. They don't have smoking rooms. Every time u want to have a smoke you have to go from your fourth floor room to main entrance gate. No lounges. Second resturant Krishana is ghastly. For five people dinner you have to wait for 30 mins till your order is received. Too too slow service Bar is good Food is good Brekfast is so so Car booking is good Games room is just name sake.

The rooms were clean, but small. The staff were courteous but we didn't stay most of the time so can't comment on how helpful they'd have been. The place was good and water body in the middle was serene and calming. The restaurant had good food and the pricing was decent. Didn't get to use the pool and the gym but they looked clean.

The check-in process took a lot of time for all the guests checking in that day because there was a big group who checked out very late. There were many agitated guests and that wasn't a very pleasant experience. Hope they don't make any guests go through that again.

Premises was very well maintained,interior is awesome,front desk was very co-operative,nothing issues to be seen, If someone wants to make an issue it is up to individual views.but everything is fantastic here value for money.most recommended.

Evening dinner ,you should serve some South Indian delicacies,instead of severing breakfast menu items,or North Indian food which we get all world wide,your cook should serve perfect South Indian dinner,rasam Rice with curd better milk samber.

Excellent hotel. I'm glad I booked this hotel for my family. Right from arriving to departure the hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were super clean. Had food in the veg only restaurant and it was great as well. The only minor -ve point is the road that leads to the hotel. It's bad and I hope the hotel mgmt makes a request to local government authorities to fix this ASAP.

The road leading to the hotel and Tata dish wasn't working in my room only as it was a mountain side view room. But, in the room on the other side it was working.

Room size was good, staff were very nice, got good service from Mr Reddi, Mansi in Lotus restaurant. the breakfast menu was having rich collection of Indian and Continental dishes. dinner buffet was also very nice. it’s on upper side of cost but quality and taste was very good. The swimming pool was nice too and so was the overall ambiance of the property.

The bed was very soggy and uneven. it was super soft so a slight hard bed and not so old mattress would have been nice. Rest all was good !

Great property to stay. Room is very spacious. Food is very good. Great choice of vegetarian and non vegetarian choices and both are well separated. Breakfast has great choice. During my 3 days stay I have taken food every time at the hotel. never thought of going outside for other choice.

Bathroom facilities may be looked into. I feel that room can be more bright and improved facilities uplift the overall impression of the whole facility.

good behaviour of staff, property design, taxi availability with in 5 minutes. Very good and disciplined taxi staff. Very polite hotel reception and staff.We will visit this property again

Vegetarian restuarant kepts us waiting more than 1 hr even though there is very less customers in the early lunch hours. For any service we need to request the receptionist or house keeping. Customer expectation is not much aware

My 3-day stint at Marasa Sarovar Tirupati was an absolute eye-opener. The Lotus Cafe nailed it with its awesome vibes and mouthwatering menu. The staff's friendliness was the cherry on top, and the food was downright satisfying. I'd totally suggest it for anyone looking to spice up their stay!

Absolutely terrible location. The road to the property is despicable. One of the worst roads I have ever been on! India has bad roads but nothing like this. It is a continuous series of 30 to 40 cm potholes. Does not matter how good your car is, your back will suffer. What a shame! This is one of the only two 5 star hotels in Tirupati and getting in and out of here is a nightmare.
