Harris Hotel And Conventions Bekasi

Most of the hotel staff are friendly and helpful, but Ms. Diar at the reception was exception, she was very helpful and very nice to accommodate our needs. I can see that she was trying to make all Hotel guests happy, even when she was supper busy. The location of the hotel is perfect, as it’s connected to a shopping mall, which make people easy to go eat out and easy to get a cab/grab. The room was very spacious, I was staying in a unique room, with a king size bed. It was my 2nd time stayed at Harris Summarecon and will stay at this hotel again.

The water was a bit smell. Have to use a mineral water (bottle) to brush teeth.

I was before at Harris, and had made not good experience. But i wanted give them again a try and i have nor regret. After i have told the Stuff and Management, that my last Visit was not like i expected, they have done their homework. Clean room - clean bedding - clean Floors and especially clean Bathroom. No spots on the bedding - and everytime a very very friendly stuff. I want to tnak CHANDRA and DASQO personally, who have made my stay a Vacation at itself.

Some Visitors didnt wear mask and act like they are King Kong. The Stuff has friendly remind those Visitors.

The fridge in our room first did not work, after they replace it the temperature was not cold enough. The pool did not have info about the quality of the water. There were cigarette butts by the pool which had not been cleaned since the previous day, they were removed due to my complaint.

I like the location. It is very convenient and connects with the mall sumarecon. The staff is very friendly and check-in is very fast + no deposit required.

Payment still using credit cards no cashless such things.. however is normal and soon will have facilities for cashless in the future

I am sorry, I am a regular visitor. The place is not as bright and cheery as it was 6-7 years ago. The staff is accommodating. But the food. It was better five years ago. But now, I am not usually a person that not finished one’s food; some of it was (sorry) unpalatable.

Breakfast and staffs are amazing ! Location also good since it right next to Sumarecon mall where I have to attend the exhibition. Breakfast menu are superb : main course, dessert, traditional drinks and foods - you name it ! What i like the most is their jamu and pudings ! The staff at reception helped me to upgrade my room so that I ghot the best room with so spacious with great view ! Love it !

Coffee at the bar is too expensive ( IDR 100.000 for double espresso !), although the friendly service of Vita solves this problem !

Good value for money and the location right next to the shopping mall, the staff very helpful.

Swimming pool a little bit small and the swimming pool opening hours 7am to 6pm, it would be better if they make it longer hours

It is amazing located right next to Summarecon mall Bekasi which is both convenient and strategic. You can just go down and get your breakfast in Starbucks. It is no thrill, clean though dated, with efficient staff. We had large room with windows on two sides, so lots of light.

Harris is the only decent option in this area and hardly exciting with hospital style design. The check in is slowed down a bit by numerous regulations. Breakfast is seriously overpriced so no need for that.

Perfect food and super friendly staff. Close to a mall. Nice swimming pool and gym.
