Hotel Santika Cirebon

the hospitality and helpful staffs. Santika staff sent WhatsApp message in the morning of our arrival day then when we checked in the sink was run slowly, we also asked for sajadah (praying mat) and iron. at that moment the phone was disfunction so I sent text to that WA number. The staff immediately came to fix all problem and bring our request. We were so glad that we didn't have to wait any longer ! the hotel room was totally excellent; it's clean, aircon was well function, water also fine with hot water and the location is right at the center of the city so it's easier for us to reach anywhere by mikrolet, becak, taxi online or you can just walk to Q Garden cafe if you found yourself hungry between 9 pm to midnight because the hotel restaurant was closed. It's too bad because the food is good at the hotel restaurant, especially the breakfast menu. the hotel also provide shuttle from hotel to train station free of charge.

the restaurant closed too soon.. i thought it would be closed by midnight but it's not.

The location is very close to almost everything, the staff are amazing, the best service I've seen, the breakfast was very good

The gym is a little outdated and could use a few new or functioning equipment

Little bugs entering the room from door gap, food preparation is taking too long to be ready on our table so kids fall asleep while waiting at the restaurant :(

Excellent customer service, nice and comfortable hotel, good location and well arranged breakfast. We love Santika.

Perhaps the menu at the restaurant will be improved just like before.

Nothing, everything is fine but it will be better if Santika Hotel could provide a proper t-shirt to the gentleman who washed guests cars, Mr. Anto, he did his job well, one with a logo would be better.

The breakfasts is quite tasty and quantitative. On week-ends better to start at 7am if you wish to avoid the big crowd.

It is always difficult to get a room with a King size bed.

Hospitality, cleanliness, service (our car washed by the hotel), very good and variety of breakfast menu, COVID-19 health protocol .. this chain hotel has a warm heart .. Santika is our favorite hotel in Indonesia
