Staff at the reception does not speak english.

The entrance of the TransJakarta bus station is only 100m from the hotel. Most rooms have an outside window for sunlight and fresh air. There is a hot and cold water dispenser on each floor for drinks. All taxi drivers know where WTC Mangga Dua is. The exhaust fan in my bathroom worked well; there was no steam in my bathroom after a shower.

The Carrfour magastore in Mangga Dua square 500m away went out of business. I had no convenient place to buy anything. In fact, all Carrfour magastores in Jakarta went out due to the pandemic.

Wifi ok. Some of staff helpful. Room ok and bed reasonably comfortable. Breakfast wasn't great. You get a voucher to go to Starbucks which is inside hotel. One cup of tea or coffee and a basic croissant.

Don't pay for breakfast option. Hotel in average position. Jakarta huge city. Hard to know where to position yourself when booking hotel.

The place is really good when it comes to service and staff The rooms are good and you can find a boiler and some coffee The prices are good and the breakfast is included from Starbucks in the first floor Nice place and the location is fine even though i stayed one night before traveling to bali

The toils were not so clean, but they replaced them at once There was no soap by the sink, but they also brought one

The staff is very kind. I appreciated the free mineral water in the corridor, the safe in the room. Cleaning was done every day without have been disturbed. Hot water in the bath. Tv ok. Very good hotel compare to many others in Indonesia for that range of price.

Obliged to unscrew to open the Window. But it is for safety indeed.

It has everything a hotel has except probably restaurant, but there's Starbucks instead. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the facilities are complete. The place is strategic.

The internet connection is iffy. Extra instruction probably needed for the water heater, nearly heat the water dry. I confused dprimahotel ITC and WTC, too similar.

Comfortable room and bed with warm showers and all the necessary basics.

Not enough toilet roll and the free water outside the room ran out

Wifi was really slow during my stay, basically not useable even for WhatsApp. Had to use my sim until the last day, when miraculously the download speed went up

very un-cooperative stay, requested for invoice for a million times, booking.com is as terrible as well. it is not mostly the stay fault, but i will not support booking,com anymore. LOUSY service

Comfortable, clean rooms, modern decor. I liked the complimentary water fountain in the hallway. It was also useful to have a coffee shop located next door.

It suited my needs perfectly.
