Pullman Jakarta Central Park Hotel

Well located with big mall "Central Park Mall" just beside hotel that is connected with another mall Soeho. Super lots of eating choices. Love the friendliness of the staff from security to counter services to even the breakfast team. Love the smell of the bath towels. Just 20-30mins cab ride to and from airport depending on traffic. Great breakfast spread that you will be spoiled for choice.

Just a feedback not a particular dislike. It would have been good that there is a curtain that shelters the bathroom from the room. It is open so I had to dry myself and change in the bathing cubicle. Could not have just walked out as staying with my mum.

The attention to detail with customer service. Breakfast was amazing, vast selection of food and staff very attentive at all times. . Unfortunately I fell ill 2 days before I was suppose to fly out, Aji the guest relation manager and Roy head of security could not do enough to assist me personally to hospital and stay with me. The guest relations then rang to check next day and gave complementary plate of fruit. The whole experience at Pullman is at a very high standard. Nothing! It was all amazing.

Spacious room, the location which is connected to Central Park Mall, the facilities and amenities. The male receptionist (Mr. Rahman) was very nice.

Breakfast staff could be more hospitable and polite. I saw they nicely offered coffee, tea, etc to others, but not to us. So, I went to the coffee table and asked a staff there for a cup of coffee latte. I understood she was preparing some coffee for others, but she could be nicer in responding my request. After secondly asking to another staff, I got my coffee, delivered by the first staff. She didn’t say a word, even when I thanked her for the coffee.

Pullman took hospitality to the next level I stayed at Pullman PC on March 10-14th, traveled to other part of Indonesia for two weeks then stayed there again on March 21-25th when I was supposed to fly back to the US. Sadly, the day before, I fell in the shower. I was unable to move until finally managed to crawl out and called the front desk about 4 hours later! The manager on duty, Tubagus Aji Mahendra came, moved me to a different room, and took me to the hospital. He and nurse Riska, along with Ferdiansyah, another manager, kept an eye on me and checked on me every 3-4 hours. Yes! They do have an in-house nurse!! The following morning, they brought my breakfast to my room and helped me packed. Agus Badrizal accompanied me to the airport. He helped me went through the security and checked in with Eva Air. He waited there the whole time while the airport doctor was checking on me. Unfortunately, because of my low oxygen level, I was deemed unfit to fly. The original plan was for  Agus to take me back to the hotel and rest one or two nights more before flying home. But after some discussions, we decided to take me to the hospital instead.   Even after I technically no longer their guest - hence I was no longer their responsibility- the hotel manager kept checking on my updates. I traveled and encountered nice and helpful staffs at hotels in another countries, but nothing even remotely close to what Aji, Ferdi, Riska, and Agus did for me. And I am forever grateful.

A but on the pricey side, but you can’t really put a price on excellence service

the very reason why I chose pullman Central park is of course the location. Located next to Central park mall, very close to Taman Anggrek mall , Mediterania Garden apartment, and tanjung duren street, you'll never run out of options for cafe and resto ,either to feed your hunger or just hang out with friends. whether you're a drinker or just like to chill, there are lots of bar open till late night at Tribeca or around Tanjung Duren street. lots of ATM nearby, convenient store, so even if there's thunder storm or killer traffic that makes you unable to go out, there are lots of things to do to keep you entertained. the room is spacious, clean and comfortable as expected. Wifi is stable and considerably fast enough, staff was very kind and greeted me especially during breakfast. I requested late check out and they were very kind and helpful as well. Breakfast was OK. lots of variant to try from local cuisine to western choice. it's not the best, but I'm not picky because the staff was very attentive. Overall it was a nice experience for me. There are better 5 stars hotels than Pullman Central park indeed, but the location of this hotel, the convenience and the service provided are definitely worthy to ensure a revisit ^_^

the chair inside the room was killing me though, I wish the height could be adjusted because it's uncomfortable for longer sitting. Breakfast variety could be improved and if you're a fan of cocktail, I'd say you better go to Tribeca park rather than the lounge bar nearby the lobby.

Upon late check-in at night, a young man assisted us. It is a very smooth experience, potraying professionalism and great hospitality. It is my first time staying at Pullman Central Park for 2 nights, noticed that it is connected to a big shopping mall but we have no time to walk around as my business trip schedule is tight. The hotel also help to book silver bird taxi to airport. Will recommend to friends and colleagues to stay. Thank you.

located directly beside the Central Park Mall, very convinience if you come to Jakarta for shopping and visiting family in campus area. It’s relatively not far if you are planing to go to the airport. Good Wifi connection and Room Service.

The hotel room looks like it needs renovation. Toilette flush doesn’t work properly, so it’s quite irritating if you use the toilette in the night because of waterrunning sound. Hotel rooms and its facility are also a bit overpriced. For the same price you have a bigger room in 5 star hotel in Nusa Dua Bali.

All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. I also love the location of the hotel and directly connected to the Central Park mall. The room was clean and well prepared. We stayed in the Executive Suite and we could hear nothing from the inside. It was really amazing. Me, my husband and our 1 year old daughter really enjoyed our stay. Not forget to mention the very huge variety breakfast!! Love it so much!!!

Great hospitality and house keeping! All staff are very polite and friendly. Location is very near to 3 shopping malls, it is very convenient to walk around. There is gym with variety of equipment to work out. Water is always available and free of charge.

Room key sometimes doesn't work, but not a major issue as they sent engineer to check it out.

Staff were very helpful and the location was brilliant. The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast is very good indeed. It's great that the hotel is situated right next to the mall, it is so super convenient.

The only issue I had was that it took several prompts to get a coffee refill during breakfast but given that the restaurant was busy at the time, I do not fault the serving staff.
