I like everything except for the smell.

The toilet smells like public toilet, please clean the toilet and put some perfume and also the lobby and the stairs. The location is far from convenience store and no water dispenser. Pleasr clean the floor of the stairs there is a cigarrette lying on the floor.

I ask the Staff, if I need something can I call them by rooms phone. She said yes. But real conditions is the phone is not available. They also didn't remind us, there's WiFi that free to use. Wastafel is not absorbing well

A bit hard to be found

the price is cheap and near with blok M. It is near the busy road but the place is quite in the night. Wifi is support my online meetings.

the wall is so thin. almost can hear anything outside the room. toilet is clean but has some stain there. no elevator. Bed is a bit itchy , l needed to sleep with long trousers. You need to give IDR 100.000 as deposit when you check-in. It should be on cash. The light in the room is too yellow, not really convenience for me especially when working with my laptop.

I didn’t order with a breakfast

My driver name Mr Hariono staying at Reddoorz and has to deposit Rp100.000 for keys guaranty but when his check out they didn’t give back / return the deposit, also they didn’t issue receipt for this deposit. I strongly recommend Booking.com to review this matter. It’s not fair they collected deposit and no receipt also has to be transparent. I would like they refund my deposit Rp100.000, Thank you

Some shops for food, cafes and takeaway were within a short distance, while a mage mall, plaza, and Bank were nearby. The staff were very friendly and offered help, assistance and support at all times.

The ground floor room no 105 was very uncomfortable—the only window in the room had a dark curtain ONLY and missing the white light curtain needed for privacy during the day. Could NOT open the curtain or the window as people were directly living outside my room's window. The property had NO lift. The bed sheets were OLD and had very unpleasant visible stain marks on the main white bed sheet. The bedding did look fresh, suggesting that was used by the previous occupier (not washed). The location of the hotel was very difficult to reach by even local taxis??!! Many oflocanl taxis didn't know the hotel registered address ??!!

I liked staff and location in a quiet street

Cleanliness and strict cancellation policy. I emailed them to inform about my late check in they didn't respond to me to make me loose my entire reservation .
