Amazing staff with great welcoming smile on face. Bartender mr dimas was amazing and helpful . Receptionist was very courteous . Nice breakfast and room service menu have very good selection .

Too much people in the lobby To collect free food . First impression is ur last impression . Lobby is the heart of the hotel it was really bad arrangement free giving program in there

We choose the hotel based on price, pool, breakfast and to be near friends in another hotel. Indonesian breakfast which i prefer. I liked the Indo Market on the other side of the street. Location is central. Great for trips to old town with colonial buildings or to the south of town. The hotel facilitate water dispensers to reduce plastic bottles, which is a big plus.

It is a good hotel. I've stayed in Aston hotels, but it felt less premium than i used to of Aston. Perhaps its a joint venture.

room directly to swimming pool. very clean for room not easy looking for this hotel.

Breakfast was superb with plenty of options to choose from. The bed was clean and neat. Staff was nice & friendly. Really appreciate the welcome drink upon arrival.

The indoor seating for breakfast was a bit small, and easily became over-crowded during the breakfast rush. The bathroom needs to be regularly maintained, molds on the sealant can be seen almost every corner of the bathroom.

I like the location very much, near to the hot spots like Kota Lama, very friendly staff and managers, always ready to help me. I also liked that they work on durability ( f.i. no plastic bottles in the room)

I would like the breakfast more varied, some days there was roti gandum, some days not.

Swimming pool and air conditioner to reduce the heat of Semarang city. Some eateries are located within walking distance. Affordable.

Suggested access only by car, not by public transportation

Breakfast is quit good, room ok, but it is not informed that the hotel does not provide aqua bottles although they provide a dispenser. I think this is not comfortable for the quest to get out of the room just to get clean water for drinking. Beside that if the spa is not started in the morning, please revised your brochure.

Room

The hotel is strategically located nearby Semarang's points of interest. Located on a one-way road, the hotel may not be easily reachable without knowledge of the local traffic.

The pool should be a bit bigger to comfortably accommodate crowds.

The breakfast was excellent. You may choose from traditional and western foods. I like the wedang jahe.w

I specifically requested the balcony with pool view but ended up facing the parking lot. Also, drinking water is not available in the room, so we had to get it from outside.

The customer service was amazing, they are very friendly and helpful. Great location too !

The hot water isn’t hot, just warm so I pick my battle when I am showering!
