Hotel Premiere Abano

Very pleasant staff. Great spa facilities. Room fittings well maintained. Provided secure storage for our bicycles. Breakfast excellent, eggs made to order.

Room heating problematic. Even when set at 18-20 room was overheated (Cooling setting pushed out warm air). On first day asked for bedside lamp to be repaired as it was flickering. Were told it would be done immediately but when we left 5 days later it had not been attended to.

The breakfast offered EVERYTHING you could possibly want and more! Food was exceptional. Hours to dine were great and staff was amazing.

Clean large new rooms with exquisite toiletries from Aqua di Parma. Superb large quiet with all the hydromassage facilities pools. The spa is memorable. Excellent breakfast, with every new day another kind of crostata, egg station, freshly pressed juice. Also very professional service at breakfast. Nice garden. Large parking.

We felt harresed by the pool police-not realy the greatest of customer relations approach by the two ladies in charge of the fitness.There is a policy here about swim cap-that we did not encounter at Mioni Pezzato- which is very aggresively enforced. Relax, people, please.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Property is new, well designed and so far well kept. The spa is delightful and the pools ample and pleasant, though I wonder whether it would be that quiet and relaxing with higher/ full occupancy. Staff is friendly and professional. The staff at breakfast was very attentive to all my food allergies and intolerances for which there were plenty of good options available. Angelica (?) at the warm food station merits a special mention for this and her warm and impeccable professionalism. Bistro was ideal for low key dining while still enjoying the daily menu. I didn’t get a chance to try any treatments (my reason for being in Abano was a friend’s operation) but the menu looked very enticing indeed… next time I will come to pamper myself.

The Check-in was efficient but lacked warmth and real welcome. One staff member was rather aloof while another tried unusually strongly to dissuade me from taking a courtesy umbrella ( I was too early so left my luggage and went for a stroll). Happily on my return, the rest of the staff I encountered was amazing and I was again happy to have selected this hotel.

cleanliness and quiet. front desk is at the highest level

surrounding area a bit abandoned and some construction was taking place nearby. waiters in the breakfast restaurant did not try just a little bit to understand your needs in english, almost forcing you to speak italian. every day i struggled with them to bring me a coffee like i needed. they seemed apathetic

Love te location and friendly stuff. Outside pools are very nice, sauna world and spa center are amazing.

It is a 5 star hotel so I would expect something more at breakfast. They have so lovely kitchen outside in breakfast room, why not have a chef/ cook over there regularly and prepare some fresh eggs, omelette,.. Also breakfast is served from 7-10:30 so maybe it would be good that at 9:30 most of food is gone or u need to wait for refill.

Nice new hotel in a peaceful area with free parking space. The room is large with a comfortable bed, bathroom with shower also fine. The garden and the pools are fantastic.

The breakfast should improve.

Very nice hotel, great value, great service with a lot of extra facilities available.

In a bit if a nowhere location. No atmosphere in the hotel. Really only for pure quite holidays.
