The host, Ottavio, was very helpful and friendly, with lots of local information. The room was very comfortable, great bed and shower. Breakfast was very enjoyable and anything we didn't eat Ottavio let us take away for lunch (no extra charge). The location is terrific, being so close to the train station and buses, restaurants etc. Even Valle dei Templi (muat-see) is walkable, Temple of Juno 30 mins walk. Or go there by local buses line 1 or 2 (timetables at ://www.trasportiurbaniagrigento.it/orari-e-percorsi/). As we had an early departure, Ottavio gave us a packed breakfast to eat on the train. A great stay and a lovely place.

A bit more fruit for breakfast would be good.

What a fabulous host, nothing was too much trouble, could not have been more helpful and accommodating. We arrived earlier than expected and this was no problem, I’m sure if it’s possible he would do his best to ensure your stay is as good possible, thank you for your restaurant recommendations all were great. The bnb is beautifully presented and very comfortable, memory foam pillows are available just one of the many touches that just show the extra care that is taken. Breakfast is very tasty and fresh patisserie goods ( which were incredible!) are provided.location is great and there is free parking nearby. I loved this bnb and wholeheartedly recommend

La Passeggiata di Girgenti is a spotlessly clean, quaint BnB run by a very friendly and helpful host, Ottavio. It is so central and close to the main train station, in walking distance to the Valley of the Temples and many other Agrigento sites, lovely bars and restaurants. Our room was spacious, airy and quiet. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with juice, yoghurt, fruit, cheeses, olives, THE most amazing pastries on offer. We loved our stay... It was perfect. I highly recommend a stay at this BnB if you are looking for comfort and convenience in Agrigento.

I liked the proximity of the accommodation to the town. The street which the accommodation is located has free parking. At night the area is safe and well lit and busy. They are super generous with breakfast, and you have fridge space for leftover pizza, and you get free coffee, juice, yoghurt, fruit, water (still and sparkling). I barely needed to buy lunch!

Some of the neighbouring buildings have loud or noisy gates/doors. It's not something in control of the B&B, at night it just took some getting used to on the first night.

The location is very good, even if you need to park a car; we had a big van and we’re able to park with the great support from Ottavio. The check-in service was perfect; Ottavio provides good information about where to go and how. The bedroom was large and very well appointed, we had a very comfortable night. Additionally, there is an area with some nice snacks and drinks available for the guests. Finally, the breakfast is amazing! Really good and fresh pastries from one of the best pastry shops in town - and there is no lack of quantity! All in all, the best place to stay while in Agrigento if you are looking for a great room and exceptional service.

Location was great. B &B is located in a building with other businesses. Just need to use the buzzer for access and we were greeted by our host Octavio. Room was nice and clean and had a small balcony with a view of the Sea. Breakfast was wonderful with fresh pastries , meats and cheeses. We enjoyed our stay.

Property was a bit hard to find. It is along a side street/ alley off the Main Street. No dedicated parking, but we lucked out finding a free spot on the Main Street.

Sparkling clean, modern and well appointed room in a good location. Comfy bed and great shower pressure. An easy walk to the main historic area for dinner. Breakfast by Ottavio was superb and plentiful, and he graciously offered us a takeaway bag of treats for our journey. Ottavio gave us lots of helpful advice to enrich our tour of the Valley of the Temples and Scali dei Turchi. Grazie mille!

Nothing, it was great. But we did find it a bit tricky to locate as it’s in an unassuming building from the late 1940s. However, we loved the old building and the retro lift.

Ottavio was a wonderful host. He met us down the street from the property when the road was closed due to an event, and led us to a parking spot he had held for us. He provided information about local sights to see, and had an exceptional breakfast with delicious pastries, juice, coffee, etc. ready for us in the morning. Rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable. Location is perfect for visits to Valley of the Temples.

We enjoyed our stay at La Passeggiata. We were welcomed very enthusiastically with coffee by Ottavio. He also recommended some good local restaurants. Water, yoghurts and snacks were available for guests. There was a kettle in the room with some tea bags. The bathroom was modern and spacious. We used the paying on-street parking nearby. The property is within easy walking distance from the old town and a short drive to the Valley of the Temples area. We had paid for the breakfast option; this provided vouchers for use at a nearby cafe; if we'd known more about the snacks etc, we might not have bothered with this.

Water pressure in the shower could have been better but apart from that all was good.

Otto was very helpful and in particular guided us to an onstreet parking slot. The apartment was cheerfully decorated, and our room perfectly satisfactory. Breakfast was generous. A short drive to the Valley of the Temples. Overall a good experience and superb value at a very modest cost. My rating of 9 reflects this and the helpfulness of our host.

Nothing really. This bed and breakfast is in an appartment in a block of flats in Agrigento. To get more space or more style you will have to pay much more!
