Le Alcove-Luxury Hotel nei Trulli

Staying in a Trulli house is part of a visit to Alborabello and Le Alcove Hotel makes this possible with all the ease and comfort one would wish for. The location of The Alcove Hotel is perfect - easy to reach and within walking distance of the main Trulli house concentration, where you find restaurants and shops. Our room was large and well appointed. The hotel arranged for us a secure parking which worked out perfectly. Worth mentioning is the breakfast set up - the very best we experienced in our travel thru Puglia. This property is run efficiently by Fabiana who runs it with a lot of charm and professionalism. She is a great asset to this gem of an hotel. As the hotel does not feature a restaurant we strongly urge you to make advance reservation at the restaurant Pinnacola - clearly the best in the Trulli village. When the restaurant opens at 8pm there is a huge crown outside waiting to get in. Food is excellent, prices very reasonable and the service was truly exceptional despite the onslaught of guests.

We LOVED staying here and wished we could have stayed longer! The room was superb and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was super convenient and it was really quiet in the room, we heard literally zero noise from the street or from other guests. We had our own private entrance to the area where our Trullo was and we easily walked around the city from here. The staff made us an incredibly elaborate and tasty breakfast in the morning and they also helped us when I accidentally left my passport in the safe after we left the property and moved on! They coordinated with our shuttle driver to retrieve it and made our lives SO much easier in the process! Thank you so much everyone at Le Alcove!

Love the shuttle service to the nearby locked garage, and staff were very attentive and kind. Breakfast was out of this world and the location is right in the heart of cute little Alberobello. Thought the floor cooling system was wonderful in the summer heat.

Had to reset the wifi a few times but mostly it worked. One negative I would say is the high price for what you get room wise (bathroom is TINY with a tiny tiny shower which wasn't easy for my very tall partner) but I understand the location is special and that Italy's tourism sector could use the money. As you are likely to only stay one or two nights in Alberobello, I'd say treat yourself

The location, the cleanliness, the politeness of the staff and the trullo itself. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. They also have a parking outside the centre and they provide a shuttle car/bus to and from the hotel. Loads of toiletries and complimentary stuff. Silk bed sheets.

It would be good to have more hooks in the bathroom and a hanger for the shower. The outdoor space isa bit small so of one of the other room is outside there is no space on the sofa. We sat at the outdoor breakfast table while waiting for the sofa to be free.

Great location, central to visit the whole twon, reception was well above average, Catia at the reception gave us all the information we needed for one day in Alberobello, and went out of her way to suggest the best places to eat. Breakfast was very good also, with sweet and savoury options, including traditional dishes.

internet was erratic in the room

'we liked the room very much. A large, spacious, comfortable room with large bathroom. The location is gret - right at the center. The staff was exceptionally nice, polite courtious and kind and very helpfull Breakfas was srved at the table and is very reach and tasety. We had a wonderful experience there, and it is one of the best hotels we staid recently!! We highly reccommend it!

Beautiful place with lovely spaces room ,we were looked after from moment we arrived till we left .Staff all so helpful, and helped in every way they could. Excellent breakfast ,beautiful gardens very quiet area. Would not hesitate to return.

Location was wonderful not in the busiest area yet an easy walk to wherever you would like to be. The staff is exceptional. The food at breakfast was absolutely wonderful.

Bathroom a little tight but that is to be expected. It is  after all a trulli.

When we arrived we were immediately upgraded to a larger room than the one we had booked at no extra charge. The breakfast was wonderful: sweet, savory, eggs, fresh squeezed orange juice, cappuccino.... And the service was lovely.

Excellent staff, location & breakfast. The room was gorgeous and very comfortable.

No fan in bathroom which left it smelling a bit musty. Also toilet didn’t flush easily, needed to press flush button a few times before it would flush.
