Hotel La Fert

Lovely room and breakfast and very friendly helpful staff. Amazing setting with lovely external terrace for breakfast and dinner. Very well located for motorway with on-site parking. Particularly enjoyed dinner on the terrace with lots of local people not just tourists.

Our stay at Hotel La Fertè was exceptional. The staff was super nice and very accommodating. The surroundings are picturesque and you wouldn't be at a loss if you just stayed on your balcony and watched the rolling hills, but handily the hotel is well connected by roads and Torino is some 40 mins of motorway driving. But I would definitely recommend taking the country roads because the scenery is absolutely perfect. The breakfast was also always fresh and on time, as well as tasty and varied. All in all I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

A really nice place to stay and eat. It is a family run business. Staff friendly and helpful. Management extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and fresh as was the bathroom. Food was excellent. No question or request was to much for the staff to answer. Having booked a double room rather than a twin. The host having no other rooms available managed to squeeze an extra bed in the room. Excellent service. Would I recommend this hotel/restaurant. Yes. 100%. Any faults or complaints. NO. Thank you for looking after us.

Lovely location in the countryside outside Asti. Spacious triple room with good size bathroom. Great selection for breakfast. On our second night the hotel was hosting a music event lasting 4 or 5 hours which they had warned us about before our arrival. When we got to our room that evening there were complimentary drinks vouchers and ear plugs for each of us but they had given us a room at the back of the property so we could hardly hear the music anyway.

Good sized room, comfortable bed, French doors open to a balcony with cafe table and 2 chairs. All the staff were exceptionally nice. We had a great dinner in the restaurant. Beautiful property out in the country very near Asti. Great value.

Small shower, no comfy chairs or coffee in room. No A/C if you stay in the summer.

Perfect stopover whilst travelling back to UK with 2 dogs. Plenty of exercise room for them, good dinner. Easy access from the motorway.

Huge bathroom with tiny shower surrounded by a curtain. Plenty of room for decent-sized shower. The shower itself (water pressure, heat etc) was fine. Breakfast was disappointing.

Hotel La Fertè is a quiet and comfortable place to stay the night within close vicinity of the medieval town of Asti. Our room was spacious, simple, comfortable and clean. Our dinner al fresco at La Fertè was simply good. Breakfast was very good, with delicious homemade pies. Prices are decent.

It is a quiet location 5 min distance with the car to the city centre of Asti but still in the countryside. Very nice environment

The check in time is 17hrs which is to late in my opinion. However the staff lets you in if you come a bit early if they are present…

The room was very comfortable and large. There is a great terrace where you can have drinks and dinner. The location is perfect to tour all the wine villages. We traveled with our two dogs and they could have a good walk in the surroundings. The staff was very helpful and kind. Most of them speak English.

The first night the airconditioning didn’t work at all and the second night poorly which made the room pretty warm, we ended up buying a fan to keep the dogs cool. Breakfast was nicely served by a very kind lady and we got a lovely cake, but everything was sweet nothing savory like cold cuts or eggs. But I guess that the Italian way.

fantastic grounds. tons of secure parking. lovely big room. great Bikers place to stop staff just lovely, Alberto a top guy. great English skills which helped me loads. evening meal was great too

just a small comment, having a shower curtain in a very small shower meant I was tangled up like a fish in seconds as these things just stick to you. 50% of my shower was spent fighting the curtain!!
