Very kind and helpful staff at reception. We had to leave at 5 a.m., they prepared breakfast to go and were careful to give me gluten free. Looks very clean, good for a few nights stay. Has restsurant at ground floor, it's like a campus. Taxi from hotrl to airport at 5 a.m. was 25 Eur anf it took us 15 mjn to get there.

Nice, modern rooms, friendly staff, good options for breakfast, buffet style. Very clean, good to have AC, although the staff at reception had to turn it on first.

The walk into the historic center takes 20-25 minutes, the bus about the same with the wait (about every 15 minutes).

Rooms are big enough, bathroom was ok. It was clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful, no matter what the request was. Location is fine - around 15-20 minutes walk from the city centre. Good breakfast with a decent coffee. Nothing to complain

Sometimes at breakfast some things were missing and there was some waiting time for the re-fill. But it was also well managed, 5 minutes waiting time is fine, especially when you are not in a hurry. I would recommend a bit more information on the hotel profile in Booking.com regarding ways to get to the hotel (e.g. closest bus stops and train stations), as "get a taxi" is the easy option, but is not the best one everytime.

An excellent accommodation option. Camplus is part-student residence and part-hotel, with the hotel rooms in a separate part of the complex. We had a lovely spacious room: comfortable, large king bed, great shower and plenty of space. Room was serviced daily. Breakfast included in the rate was very good. It’s a 15-minute walk from Porta San Vitale and then you are in the old city. Staff members were so helpful and friendly. They arranged a taxi to take us to the airport with just a five-minute wait. It was excellent value for money, allowing us to spend more on the culinary delights which make Bologna such a top city to visit.

It has a cosy atmosphere, you are always surounded by students. The food is good and at a reasonable price. The vending machines in the lobby also have very good prices for softdrinks and cofee. It's within walking distance from the centre and close to railway station San Vitale, from which you can go practically everywhere. The staff is very nice and profesional and solved all the requests that we had: early breakfast to go, taxi, etc. If you wanna be a student again and don't mind the self service at the Caffetteria it's perfect.

The curtains in the room were old and a little dirty, but it' s not a game changer.

1.The route from the apartment takes 20 min to the center. Approximately 5 minutes to bus or train stations. 2. The breakfast contains wide variety of croissants and different pastries, also you can get scrambled eggs with bacon, adding cheese and prosciutto cotto. 3. Nice staff who are ready to help you. In the overall, the price is suitable for this accomendation.

I couldn't adjust the temperature in the room with e- termometr, however the temperature was 24-25C in the room.

We went there with family and we knew that there are students living so we were prepared :)) it was not that loud and the staff were really really polite. The rooms were comfortable and got everything you need for short-term stay. The breakfast were really good and consisted mainly of the pastries, fresh juices, cereals, basic ham and cheese, jams and yoghurts. It is a little bit far from the city centre but we were aware and mainly used the nearby train station San Vitale for all our trips. But really big thumbs up for the personnel at reception. They were so kind and friendly! Thank you.

We had a pleasant stay. The room was clean. The staff was always very friendly. The location is good. We could reach the city center by foot every day (around 2 kilometers). The breakfast was nice: a selection of croissants, pastries, eggs, and bacon, yogurt, fruits, juices, jams...a bit of everything. Sometimes there were long queues at breakfast and we had to wait to order coffee and pastries. Even though some of the breakfast options can be picked up easily from the counters, for fresh coffee and pastries, we had to queue and order them from the cafeteria staff.

The property is a student dormitory which makes it very lively at times. On Friday night there was a party held by the students at the parking lot which was extremely loud. Thankfully they stopped at around midnight when the quiet hours start. It's something to consider if you go to bed early.

We were on a Venice/Florence/Bologna/Padua/Venice trip and were surprised that accommodation prices had risen so much this year. We really expected a lot from this hotel in Bologna because the photos already promised a lot. The hotel is exactly one stop on the regional train (S-Bahn) from Bologna train station. The ride to the hotel takes place in a comfortable, modern train with AC and takes exactly just 4 minutes. Then you have to walk about 3-4 minutes and you are in front of the hotel. You are there in a green area with residential buildings, I didn't see any shops in this short time (1 night) - but we didn't search for them either. The hotel makes an excellent impression, from the lobby to the rooms in a really modern and very nice (Lounge) style. Everything was appealing and very clean and we really felt perfectly comfortable. The fact that breakfast is also offered and you could even use the gym underlines the really great offer of the hotel. The staff at the front desk were all extremely friendly! All in all a 10/10 stay - I don't know what more I could or would expect.

To write something here would be a complaint on a high level, but IF(!) I have to find or write something: the light in front of the bathroom mirror is definitely not strong enough. It was a bit difficult for us as men who use creams to distribute everything well, but I could imagine that ladies/women would need a much stronger light when styling from A-Z.
