HOTEL POST alpine cityflair

The hotel was in a great location, a short walk from the train station and close by to plenty of restaurants and shops. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The gym facilities were excellent and the breakfast was to a good standard. We really enjoyed our stay here in Brunico and would recommend to other travellers!

the location was great, right in the city center, the staff was nice, they charged also 10 eur cleaning fee for the dog, and the room was also nice fyi breakfast cost 15 eur per person, but it will be the same if you will eat outside in the center also church is nearby and you will hear the bell ringing in the morning, but other that that you dont feel like you are in the city center

they think they have good instructions on how to get to elevator from garage but they dont, you have to cross 4 doors with no signs on them, and the only ones they have are with a different name of the hotel so you can get lost easily

It is located right in a city center so it can be noisy from the street and cafes there. Hotel has a nice facilities and great sauna complext with steam room, infra-sauna, finish sauna and semi hot sauna. Good breakfast with fresh bread every day

Noise from the street on Friday and during the weekend from cafe/club downstairs and the cafes on the opposite side.

This is the most likely best hotel in town. The location is great. We were warmly greeted by Valentine at the reception desk. He knowsthe town and was able to help with all our needs. The whirlpool, sauna etc. are su;per but I did notlike the fact they expect you to be nude. The hotel is very modern but you can tell it has been run for decades perfectly. The parking is free, and that is a huge bonus for this town. The breakfast was great- lots of exotic treats and high quality sandwich deli items. There is a secure bike ski room. I recommend a 3 day stay or more.

had to be nude to use the sauna and jaccuzzi. Thats all for the negative.

- beautiful, spacious rooms - access to the spa area & sauna - very delicious breakfast with a wide variety of choices: meat, vegan and vegetarian options - very helpful and nice staff - underground parking spots - good restaurants nearby

- jacuzzi & sauna are supposed to be a textile free area (signs are literally visible on each single door), in fact my partner and I were the only people naked there - all the other guests not following the rules and making loud comments made us feel a little bit uncomfortable

The location is very good and there is a parking next to the building and supermarket

There is no one to take our luggage i think its a bad thing for a 4 star hotel the have a private parking but not finished yet

Breakfast was good and the spa facilities with two saunas a steam bath and a jakuzzi pool were very good

Bad quality pillows. I asked to change them, they did it, but still the quality was poor. There wasn’t a coffee or tea maker in the room.

Very good location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very good. Parking is in a public carpark opposite the hotel.

There is currently construction outside the hotel for a new carpark. This was very noisy. Public carpark

This was our second stay at this great place and we loved it . Great staff, excellent location and great food at the Cosmo restaurant. We would definitely recommend this place

Everything else associated with hotel stays especially the location which can not be beat!

The in house restaurant called Cosmos. Good quality food but very limited menu and very high prices. A customer will leave hungry.
