Hotel Poetto

Staff was excellent. All receptionists and cleaners did their best to make my stay enjoyable. The location is great with bus stop, pharmacy, restaurant, beach, supermarket close by. I really liked having the little terrace with kids toys and clothes hanger

Fridge was noisy and leaking. AC was loud too and we had to turn it off at night to be able to sleep. We had some small cockroaches in the bathroom, coming from the shower. Told the receptionist and he put treatment.after 2 days the problem was solved.

The location was really great for someone who wants to hang out both beach and restaurants. The staffs were really nice and helpful. Overall, it was great holiday with all facilities.

The room was good but there is a problem of cockroach in bathroom. We faced them three times, they are coming from the bottom of shower. I felt little bit uncomfortable. Maybe they can consider to change the shower conditions of ground level rooms according to this fact.

Excellent location, walking distance to 7km of beaches, marina, shops, bus stop to city and plenty of restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. Staff helpful and available on text when not at reception. Ps if you run or walk there's 7km of footpath/running and cycling lane.

It's definitely a 1 star hotel but tries to be more. A bit tight on space but in reality we only slept and showered there.

If you want posh this isn't but the rooms sre clean they have a fridge a safe a hairdryer...the staff can't do enough for you ...we stayed for two weeks ...loved it its only a stone throw away from poetto beach which is beautiful there are bars restaurants and sun beds for hire its pardise ...what more would one want ?...

I liked everything

Really nice staff, friendly and helpful. Rooms were large and pleasant. Decoration was simple and good - absence of kitsch. One minute walk to beach. Plentiful free parking. Bus stop for line to city centre across the road.

Exterior of the building is very plain, although that didn't matter much.

My stay was fantastic. The location was perfect, the staff was incredibly helpful, and it offered great value for money. Plus: There are great restaurants in the area, the bus stops right around the corner.

There is nothing in particular I didn't like.

the location was very good. Very close zu the beach. we had our own little terrace. we got a late check out (12 instead of 10:30).

we could not left our suitcases in the lobby after our check out because the front desk wasn't manned all the time. we had a flight in the evening so it wasn’t that nice to take our things the whole day with us

Staff were exceptional, always very helpful. Great cleaning service. Hotel is 5 minutes from beautiful Poetto beach. Local transport 2 mins walk.

Room on the smaller size.

Very nice place with a great location, near to the beach, shops and restaurants! Friendly staff in hotel, gladly helping you with all advises you need! Happy with the place and my choice, definitely going to be back! :)

The place it’s super nice, our room had a lovely terrace, and it was 1 min away from the beautiful beach. They were so nice to us, by letting us leaving our luggage there two days before our booking (as we flew to rome for two days). We had little problem with the shower and they did their best to solve it truly quickly. The place was warm, clean, quite and nice.
