Ossuna Bay Hotel Boutique

Gorgeous little boutique hotel in the heart of Cefalu. Quiet yet you step out of the hotel into the hive of activity and shops. Moments to the beach. The staff were so friendly and lovely and always so helpful with suggesting and booking dinner reservations. The room was modern and spacious with a glimpse of the water and a balcony to people watch. Would definitely recommend to stay here. Close to the station (8 min walk which we did easily with luggage). Try visit Spagglia Caldura which is about a 20 min walk away from the old town past the port (access via a staircase just near the parking lot of the hotels there around Via Cavallaro) - gorgeous spot.

The room was well appointed and we appreciated the family room and balcony space. The staff were friendly, speaking English, French, and Italian, and made sure our family was well accommodated, including a child seat at the breakfast table for our two-year-old. The breakfast daily was very generous and delicious. The location was absolutely fantastic, a very short (flat!) stroll to the beach, located in the main part of the old town with restaurants and shops all around us, plus a primo spot to see the sunset each day. Despite the lively location, the room was very quiet. The staff helped us to arrange a taxi right to the door to take us to the nearby train station, which was greatly appreciated.

WE LOVED this hotel. Absolutely wonderful staff who could not have been more helpful. They truly went above and beyond to welcome us. Maria Antoinetta and Patrizia were spectacular. The rooms were lovely, uncluttered and comfortable. The balconies had beautiful views of the sea, the hillside and the streets below. We could not have been happier with this hotel. Very nice breakfast area with very good food - helpful recommendations - wonderful restaurant across the street (Le Terme) and a beautiful beach 3 min away with casual options - I wanted more time here.

It's a little challenging to drive here as it's on a very narrow road but our wonderful front desk person - Maria Antoinetta helped guide us and get us to nearby parking.

Very friendly staff who could speak English. They were very helpful suggesting restaurants, booking reservations for us and giving perfect instructions to find their private parking. The room was very bright with a lovely sea view and spotlessly clean.

We were on the 4th floor which was great for the view - the lift was the slowest we'd ever been in. So really there was nothing we didn't like!

staff are amazing. breakfast was continental and good. location is best thing for this hotel as it is in the city centre. it has also a private beach which is cheap about 10 mins walk away. room not too big but very comfortable.

parking is free which is good but a long walk around 10-15 mins away from hotel. we have walked with all the luggages and was very hot. could have gone by car to load and offload but road only opens certain times and a bit hastle if you do not know the area. i suggest maybe they can do a small shuttle during certain times :)

The staff were wonderful! The location was ideal and the breakfast was very nice. I looked forward to the espresso/americano every morning. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are small but it’s okay for a couple of nights. The parking lot is a bit far so if you have a lot of luggage, it’s not easy. The parking gate only opens part of the way so you have to hold it a little bit.

Rooms are modern, nice, clean and amenities are mostly well thought through. Location is very good, in the old town close to many attractions (that will hold true for many accommodation options in Cefalù since it is a very small place). The balcony with sea view is fantastic.

Only downsides were that the air from the AC didn't smell fresh and a bit moldy.

Very central in Old Town. Comfy bed. Well appointed room. Balcony with sea view. Free parking included near hotel (outside but through a key code barrier) plus hotel allowed us to park there after checkout time.

Shower cubicle was quite small. Room overlooked street, so woken at 6.45am by street cleaning vehicle. Difficult narrow street to navigate in car to drop off luggage (ZLT zone in Cefalu - closed to traffic from 9.30am, so had to walk luggage to car - but only about 5 mins)

Great location right in the centre of the old town and close to sights, beach and restaurants. Quiet even though in the centre. Good recommendations for restaurants. Friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable.

Room / ensuite could have been although did have lovely balcony with sea view.

The place is located at the center of Cefalu just off the main walking street of Cefalu! It is a very nice hotel in the city center and very close to everything! 2' off the beach front 50meters away from the main shopping area and restaurants. The hotel is clean and decent and the rooms are nice and accommodating. The staff are also very kind and pleasant trying to help you as much and always trying to propose the best to make your visit memorable. It is a place that is highly recommended

The parking is a bit far from the hotel but this is should be expected since the hotel is in the city center! Also the elevator is very very slow! :)
