The apartment is amazingly large and very modern. The centere of L'Aquila starts at the apartment and everything can be reached easily in walking distance. The bakery at which one gets breakfast has very tasty cornettos and coffee.
One thing one should know is that I wouldn't classify Casa Maggie as a bed and breakfast but as a short term appartment with vouchers for breakfast. There is no reception but you can contact the owner vis WhatsApp and I am not sure about services for tidying up the room. Although, this was a little unexpected, I had a great stay and was missing nothing.
