Lovely, fresh and nicely-designed property in a very central location on a cul-de-sac in Lecce. We had generously-sized suite that was minimally and tastefully decorated, with touches of vintage furniture and artworks on the walls from a local artist. Our host Barbara contacted me before we arrived with instructions as to how to enter the property, making our arrival smooth. She was a warm host and the service generally was excellent and attentive throughout our stay. We had a fabulous and ample breakfast there on the rooftop terrace each morning consisting of a changing selection of local Italian meats, cheese, yogurt, eggs and local pastries, plus coffee and freshly-squeezed juice. This property is not only lovely but felt comfortable, like our home in Lecce for the several days of our stay. I also felt that we experienced some of Lecce’s food, art and local charm thanks to Barbara. This is a gem of a place that and one that I’d definitely recommend for any stay in Lecce.

The area can get a little noisy at night on weekends due to revellers ok the street, but it was not bothersome enough to be a problem for us.

-For staying only in Lecce the location is great -The palazzo is very beautiful and nicely decorated

- If you have a rental car the location is tricky, since you cannot get any free parking slots nearby. If you come home a bit later really need to search a lot to find a parking slot, for which you even need to pay. - when the weather is very warm the AC was not so powerful to cool the room very much down - the room had a ugly water stain on the wall

They staff were so lovely and accommodating. The whole hotel is tastefully decorated, and the terrace is a lovely touch. The bed was so comfortable and the room spacious enough. It's located a few minutes walk from the centre, but in a quieter road away from the tourist packed roads. We had a car and there were plenty of parking spots close by as well. I would definitely recommend it, perfect for a couple!

Location was fantastic, closed to everything. it was newly renovated, clean and modern. the staff were very helpful.

Its not great if you have large luggage. there is no lift so you have to carry the luggage up the stairs on your own. the parking in that area is a nightmare.

It was a superb stay, the room was really comfortable and big, it was near everything by foot, and we have to thank the host Barbara for her incredible hospitality.

Staff were extremely helpful, great location, check in was easy, good attention to detail, comfortable room.

New and very clean rooms, excellent breakfast on the beautiful terrace and outstanding hospitality. Will come back for sure!

As an old building be prepared to carry you suitcase up 2 flights of stairs. Hot water was a bit hit and miss at busy times

Very spacious rooms with a mix of classic and modern touches. Quiet neighborhood but a good location to stay in Lecce.
