Staff were warm and welcoming. Check-in was easy, as well as our check-out, which was super early. Nicely decorated rooms. Very convenient location to the port of Livorno. Several dining options nearby. Good value for quality of hotel and in comparison to other properties in the area.

While AC is provided in the room, guests were unable to adjust the fan speed. This resulted in the room being warmer than we would have preferred. However, we understand that this practice was most likely implemented due to the severe energy crisis happening in Italy at present.

The room was exactly as shown on the pictures. High ceiling makes the room feel more spacious. The room was clean and spotless.

Breakfast was simple. It doesn’t mean that it was bad but there is a opportunity for improvement like serving really fresh fruits & veggies, more bread variety, scrambled eggs that are not cold.

We were greeted warmly and checking in was simple and efficient.The room was spacious, with good bathroom facilities, air conditioning and you could make a beverage in your room. The room was quiet and had additional chairs to use. The breakfast was served in a lovely area, bright and welcoming, the tables were laid out nicely and the staff were attentive. Breakfast itself was varied and plentiful and a pleasant experience.

We had no complaints at all.

Location and the place is very nice. Room has a good size. Bathroom renovated. Bed is comfortable and breakfast is very good in a gazebo in the garden. Very pleasant.

The acoustic is not good. We hear everything that happens inside, specially the slam from the front door and passes light from the room door. The acoustic from outside is very good so you can't hear the street noise.

Located just outside the inner city, but close to a bus station.

Though the room was advertised as having an aircon, it is preset (fixed) to humidity only. Hotel does not put the unit in on zairrcon mode. Our room was close to reception so a bit noisy at night.

Very good hotel with typical Italian breakfast. Personnel at reception were extra nice - thank you for a tip for free parking place in front of hotel. Free WI-FI in room. View from the room was on the main street toward the Nautical Academy.

Beautiful hotel and very close to the seafront! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was big with AC and a mini fridge which was amazing for the hot weather. Good breakfast.

Far away from the town and train station. Buses go regularly but stop early in the evening so need to be mindful if wanting to get around without a car.

Lovely, kind and accommodating staff -- good breakfast for Italy -- beautifully appointed and spacious room. Spotlessly clean, great shower and towels, comfy pillows.

The sound proofing was not top-notch -- hearing the front door slam heavily would have been an issue for lighter sleepers than us.

I liked everything. Location is slightly away from centre but you can catch a bus from right outside the hotel. Otherwise the walk along the waterfront will take you approximately 40min.

Great location near the city but quiet and by the sea. €15 taxi from Pisa trail station. and a bus stop right outside the hotel. lovely big room and comfy bed. Staff were fabulous.

Not a great breakfast.
