lovely big residence situated just outside of venice. big and spacious rooms with adequate kitchen facilities which allowed us to cook breakfast. located five minutes walk from the train station. there is a restaurant on site also (as we were only on a stop over we did not get to eat here)

not a negative but just to note that if you are arriving by train & using google maps - google maps doesn’t recognise the private back entrance especially for guests that is close to the train station!

Nicely located in a corn field. Less than 10 mints walk to the Mestre Ospedale train station. We traveled with our dog and everyone was very pet-friendly. There is also a restaurant on site next to the pool which serves amazing food, you will just need a reservation beforehand.

Some little things inside the apartment need attention to detail or fixing such as the toilet seat, door handles, and shower accessories.

The house is very beautiful, very old-Italian style. The rooms are spacious, clean and right. The door to the yard is locked which adds to safety. There is almost nothing in the area so it’s very peaceful, except a restaurant with the same name.

The train station to Venice is a 10 minute walk away, and it’s not very well connected. The house is quite far from Mestre, maybe 50 minutes to centre according to google maps.

Great greeting. Host informed us of everything we would need to know for the stay and was very friendly and welcoming. Food at the restaurant is just phenomenal. Definitely worth eating there one night if you can. Easy walk to the train station to go into Venice.

Pigeons nesting in/on roof made a bit of noise but not too bad. Literally the only negative I can think of, we loved it.

We were on the ground floor- very comfortable and spacious. Parking on premises with locked fence. Very dog friendly place. There were other dog owners, too. Clean, great staff, 15min drive to Venice, very good bed mattress. A lot of supermarkets in couple of min drive.

Restaurant behind the wall. It was crowded and noisy in the evening. It’s good, if you’d like to have dinner in very popular restaurant, but not that good if you are trying to put your child to sleep.

The accommodation is simply beautiful. Very spacious apartment with beautiful decoration and very clean. Staff was very friendly and gave us all required information to get to Venice by train.

Absolutely loved our accomodations. Very clean and friendly staff. Our room was available when we arrived early so we were able to check in right away. 5 min walk to train station and the staff helped make sure our travel to Venice was a success.

Everything for our stay was great.

The apartment was huge and very comfortable. The location was close to bus/train routes to get into Venice too.

There was ocasional train noise and there was noise from above. But neither was unbearable just something to be aware of.

On this trip we went to Venice and decided to stay in Mestre. Train station is only 10min walk away and it was easy to get to Venice! Staff are lovely and apartment was clean. Comfortable bed.

The shower was really small, but did the job 🤣

Good for stay over night when You are on the go. in our case we stayed there in the middle of our journey to Umbria. There is shopping mall, restaurant, hospital, farmacia near by. Unfortunately local restaurant (at the place) was closed. Very helpful host, give us good hint for local pizzeria (5 min of drive),
