The stay was very good. At our arrival we were served a welcome champagne and traditional Sicilian desert. The apartment was cleaned up every day. We recommend renting an electric scooter to get to the busy area for those who are not willing to take a 15 minute walk. The breakfast was served at the bakery, fresh but not abundant. We definitely recommend it to everyone.

Great location, you can reach the city center by foot easily. Cleaning every day. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and a special thanks to Tony who helped us with massive luggages. Delicious breakfast. Ability to get a parking place for 20€/day. That's expensive but knowing the situation with parking in Palermo, it was worth it. Very fast internet.

We wanted to get a bigger room with a kitchen and a table to work. However, the wifi was not working in there, so we had to move to the smaller room without kitchen and a table to work. This was not convenient but the wifi was essential.

It was a 10/10 recommended!! It’s a property owned by the Carlino Dolce which is a cafe near this apartment! Not to mention how friendly the owner and their staff treat us! Every morning we went to the cafe to have free breakfast (you can order everything from the bar) food and drinks were amazing I still miss the small strawberry tart!! The owner helps us a lot, and there is one time something broken in the bathroom they immediately send someone to fix it( like five minutes) they also help us to call taxi and give us very useful information! It made us fall in love with Sicily!! A pleasant stay! We miss all the staff and owner!

The accommodation itself was very good, clean, comfortable. However - the breakfast! We were looking forward to it every single morning. We also liked the location - it was not neighbourhood full of tourists and cozy hotels. No - it was place where locals live. And it was really close to the city center - we used Dott scooters (we had some issue with app for shared bikes, so we finally used the scooters) and we were in the heart of the city in few minutes.

Their communication was not very friendly.

Spacious with efficient air conditioning, a good sized bathroom. Was surprised and pleased it had a tiny kitchen and very pleased with huge refrigerator.

The double bed was on a raised area accessed by a very narrow spiral staircase. The height of the upper space is limited. I’m 175cm and could just stand upright, however I didn’t want to risk using the spiral steps at night. My son is 195cm and had stoop. It was ok for one night. There’s a square piece of wood covering a large hole in the bathroom wall that’s just balanced in position; it fell out of place.
