Aston Hotel

The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean.

Some of the staff did not care to make a minor effort to be accommodating. The check-in was at 3 PM (and the check-out at 11 AM). We arrived a bit early (around 1 PM) and as we found out at the reception they had plenty of rooms ready to check us into, but they told us they had an early-check-in fee and had every intention to keep us waiting in the lobby until 3 PM exactly, which would have been completely acceptable if they simply didn't have any rooms available, but it was a big and empty hotel, so we felt this was poor customer service and they didn't care much to keep their guests happy. They did check us in around 2 PM though without a fee (into a room that had been free the entire time) but otherwise everything was okay for the rest of our stay :)

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location seem to be little bit remote and if you're fancy a dinner you have to drive to the town (around 10mins) due to fact that there's no any other restaurant available. There used to be pizzeria in the same building but it's shut now.

Bit remote location and lack of secured car park. We've left our car with bikes on trailer hitch unsecured for whole night (on our own risk) and nothing bad happened. However keep in mind car park remains open all night long.

Rooms very clean and comfortable. We were 3 in a room and it didn't feel cramped. Also the room temperature was comfortable. Furthermore parking was very easy, a large outdoor carpark was available. Breakfast was also very good. Although it wasn't a buffet, they gave generous portions and also gave extra portions when asked. Location also excellent - very close to Turin City Centre by car.

Perhaps windows could be insulated more against noise. The hotel is situated in an isolated area, however it is on a main road leading in/out of the city. Therefore traffic noise was very audible. Late at night it became quieter, but it was a bit difficult when we wanted an early night. However, otherwise no other complaint

Great location. Not too far from restaurants, etc. Breakfast was ok and the staff were great. The lady at the check-in counter was wonderful. One night the restaurant was closed and we had to order a take-away from another restaurant she recommended, it's about 6 minutes drive from the hotel. When we got back, she opened the hotel restaurant for us to have our dinner and provided us with everything that we need. It was really nice and thoughtful of her. Too bad we couldn't get her name.

The hotel is very nice, big rooms, big bathroom, comfy bed, clean. The breakfast was included in a buffet, great variety of different things offered. The staff are lovely.

There's no public transport to go there! You need a car or a taxi, that are not cheap nor frequent. Walk to the nearest bus is 45 minutes and it's not a safe walk, as there's no sidewalk and cars are speeding.

We had an excellent view with full greenery from the room. I felt like I was in the mountains. The bathroom was large with a big window also facing the greenery, the bathtub had a Jacuzzi. The coffee at breakfast war wonderful.

The shower holder was a bit awkwardly placed over the bath and therefore it was a bit difficult to shower. A kettle in the room would have been nice.

I was surprised by the spaciousness of the room, the bathroom is also very spacious. The room is very modernly furnished. Very comfortable bed. A forest across the balcony. A very quiet place surrounded by nature. Nearby attractions. I think I will definitely come back here.

Breakfast could be more plentiful, but everything was enough for us.

Great placement, perfect if you want to visit Turin or even if you're just passing by. There's a shopping centre just a few minutes ride away. The breakfast was great and plentiful. The room had all that was needed, good air-conditioning, big bathroom, nice bed.

The placement of the hotel does mean some mild noise from traffic, although very negligible and not at all a problem for us at night.

The price value for this hotel is absolutely top. The bathroom was very spacious. The room was quiet (facing the forest and not the street). The breakfast is totally ok for this price. Everything was clean.

Our room smelled of smoke but we did not report this. The interior of the hotel was well maintained while the room looked a bit shabby and would need some attention.

Only it was outside of Turin. But we had car. I don't know about public transportation. Please add possible public transportation from Turin center
