AC Hotel by Marriott Pisa

Staff was very prompt in all services with a personal touch that made it feel welcomed. An good selection of Gin at the bar made it easier to relax after the long journey. Room clean and spacious. Ample car parking around the building

Mattress was a bit too softy and pillows were a bit hard. Surely not the best combination. The glass door of the bathroom was not the best choice to allow someone to go the the bathroom without waiking up the other person during the night

morning receptionist wasn't too friendly, fortunately the table waiter more than made up for it. The location felt a little bit like a business park, but our walk was very very brief, but were advised transport was readily available so this shouldn't be a real problem.

A nice and classic chain hotel, with standard and good facilities in a new building, 20 minutes driving to Pisa town centre, the room is quiet and comfortable, parking is free, the pricing is quite reasonable.

The bed is not very comfortable, our king bed is made of 2 small beds and a gap is in the middle.

Relativelly far from city center but near the bus stop and supermarket. Free parking in front of the hotel. Tasty breakfast.

Floor in bathroom was not in good condition. One time when we return to the room after cleaning, there was leave terrible dirty towel in batchtube which probably was used to cleaning bathroom. Little bottle of shower gel for whole stay (and in our other room they had only shapoo and condicioner, no shower gel). Breakfast was fine, but many thing you must point/ask from mean the breakfast corner. Maybe he try to be funny but it look that some time if you want so much thing they ignore you. And one day we are not able to do breakfast fully, there was a huge line of 20+ people in breakfast corner queue.

The room was generously sized and featured a clean, well appointed bathroom. The staff was very welcoming, so was the coffee served in the morning, on the house. The property is conveniently located close to a supermarket and a shopping center.

The accommodation is not exactly in the center of the town and tourists have to take a longer walk to get to the popular landmarks.

Absolute cleanliness, after first day of staying I didn't want room cleaning but asked for it on the 2nd day and when I came back in the evening with my children, the room was shining like brand new!!! Beds were very comfortable. TV is big enough for todays standards. Enough towels in bathroom with variety of soaps, shampoo and shower gel. Room had A/C option and it was awesome. Service at breakfast was exceptional.

Some wall sockets need repairing, not enough wall sockets for todays standards, could've used wall-mounted USB sockets, would've liked to have a bit more spacious room for 2 children. On Marriott website it says breakfast until 10.30 which isn't true. Would've liked a bigger variety of food on breakfast. No water heater in the room, no chance to make coffee or tea. Quite far from the Leaning Tower, can walk if you like to test your limits, quite far from anything so you always need to take a bus. Lack of places to buy bus tickets so take this into account as well.

Used the property for a stop over. Staff is wonderful, rooms are spacious and clean. Parking is free which is a bonus. Close to a large mall with a grocery store. Fantastic pizza restaurant just up the street, “il mio capriccio”. Recommended by the front desk as we arrived at 10pm. Short 10 minute drive to the Tower of Pisa, and only 8 minutes from Pisa airport

Good hotel suitable for short term stays. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very tasty. Room looked exactly as on the pictures. Very clean.

Heating was turned off and it took half day to make the room into good temperature.

the staff are amazing and so helpful we had issue in finding taxi they always helped since the city very small and not so many taxi companies. thanks to everyone working at restaurants and desktop

Very clean and definitely great facilities. Slightly more expensive but worth for a good stay.

The location is a bit far from town center, close to airport though. Need to drive or use taxi to go anywhere.
