Hotel Roma

The staff are amazing, they go out of their way to help. Breakfast was good but don’t come down at 9.55 and expect what was supplied earlier. I was on the 3rd floor and my bathroom was small but it worked. My room had a strange smell and they offered to move me but the bathroom in the 1st floor was not very workable so I stayed in the stuffy room but with spray fresh air and aircon it was ok. I booked for three nights as I was concerned after reading reviews but I ended up staying four. I am a single female and did not have a problem with the location at night. There were several way to go.

The shower could have done with a bit of a scrub but it was ok. Aircon only “just” cools the room.

Breakfast is excellent. The staff is always kind. The cleanliness is very high. The facilities are as described.

The furniture is very old and worn. Parquet and tiles need to be changed, rooms need to be renovated. The elevator is functional, but seemingly unfriendly, with noises while traveling.

The location is great. Next to the train station and the city center. It is great if you need to take a train early morning. (my case). The room is clean and cozy. The price is fair and I would stay there again .

The smell of the bathroom was not very good but I think it's a general problem in Italy.

The staff were quite friendly and the location is not far from the city center and is close to the train station. The breakfast was ok. I got an old room with 2 heavy doors, like in a bunker, so you can feel very secure in the room, but it might not be the best for those not gifted with strength. I was able to store my luggage in the luggage storage room in the morning before check-in.

The place is pretty old. There was some mold in the shower. The location near the train station can feel a little shady, I would not recommend walking alone in the dark.

Great location, perfect for anyone attending the Ravenna Marathon, and 7mins walk to the train station. Very good breakfast and service always with a smile. The employees at the front desk where very helpful, especially Linda and Anna...

Consider having a kettle in the room for tea and coffee

Old fashioned. Headboards peeling bathtub provided without the plug !! No proper nescafe or selection of English teabags ( breakfast tea and Earl grey) no cooked breakfast option for breakfast.

Very spacious rooms accommodating all our needs - large bathroom and loved the air conditioning that made sure we were cool enough at all times. Breakfast was great although it didn't offer much in terms of intercontinental options but was focussed on local cuisine.

Good breakfast with a cup of coffee of your choice (we got soy milk too), good bed and super nice staff.

The room was too hot for sleeping until we threw away the blanket and slept under a sheet only.

The hotel is located perfectly. 15 minutes walk from historical sights. Air conditioning, nice breakfast. Comfortable for summer stay. Very kind and responsive staff. The room had two spacious beds and was perfect for sleep.

Staff was kind, breakfast was nice, room had a good lay-out and refrigerator! Parking was little harder to find at the time of day we arrived, but once we had driven around, actually quite close.

Noises from hall were loud.
