Hotel Europa - Skypool & Panorama

Lovely, very clean hotel in excellent location very close to the ferry terminal to explore the beautiful Lake Garda and the funicular ride to the Ascennsore Basttione restaurant with amazing views over the area . Our room was on the third floor with beautiful views over the lake and a large vibrant piazza, with numerous restaurants. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were air conditioned. Ensuite was a good size and well equipped. Excellent roof top area to relax with pool and sun beds available. Breakfast was very good with a large selection of food and beverages available in a beautiful room overlooking the lake. Recommend this hotel, have stayed there before and will stay again in the future.

The high-end and affordable hotel has never seen something like it! In the great location in Rive Del Garda, we found this amazing hotel, with great and kind staff that helped us in everything we needed. They serve the best and very diverse breakfast, offer free bikes, and have this awesome stylish and well-furnished rooms (and looby) Highly reccomended (for couples and families)

Fantastic location on the main Square. Ferry port right outside. Breakfast was continental and very good and restaurant positioned to overlook the lake and square. The hotel has a bike store. Room has a safe and a fridge and was very comfortable and clean. We had a balcony with two French doors with the best view. We would definitely rebook this hotel on our return.

Was not informed of a daily parking rate of €15, no problem with the price, just would have liked to be told. If you are paying for a lake view, bear in mind it may come with some noise overnight from the square although it did not disturb our sleep.

The location was incredible with a wonderful view of the lake. The decor could be described as dated but we liked it

It would be unfair to criticise the hotel because it was everything we expected it to be. The only negative was that the staff did not inform us about how the Gira D’Italia would close all of the main roads out of Riva the morning of our departure. We were very nearly trapped in the carpark for 2-3 hours! Thankfully the police informed me I had less than 5 minutes to leave the carpark. This was such a stressful ending to a wonderful stay and did cause us a 1.5 hour detour avoiding the closed roads. We were in the area for a wedding so had not looked into local attractions and events.

Clean, well organized and comfortable. Really good value. In the old part of town, on the lake and in the midst of all the amenities. Reminded me of Whistler Village back in British Columbia, Canada: mountain vibe with street musicians, hikers, mountain bikers and funky bar scene. Looking forward to returning.

Nothing. Parked directly in front of the reception doors on what seemed like the sidewalk. very small place adjacent to the busy street. Worked out okay and no one seemed to mind. Recommend pre-booking parking as spots seem to be at a premium.

The receptionist (Elena?) was very professional and able of producing good advice regarding our desired activities. She has shown to be very knowledgeable by providing excellent advice regarding trails difficulty level and time required, proactively providing alternatives. Great location of the hotel, nice views over the lake. Breakfast was excellent with a selection of food and beverages able to satisfy a broad range of customers (tasty champagne, by the way!).

Breakfast was established to be between 07:00 - 10:00, and lunch around 12:00. Tried twice to have breakfast around 09:00 by the balcony but it was always denied by the waitress allegedly because he had to prepare the table for the lunch of a group.

Breakfast was brilliant, location is superb, and the room i had was that good i have requested the same room for my return in June.

The staff were very welcoming in and courteous through our stay. The room had a beautiful view of the lake and was a good size. The breakfast was very good and the location of the breakfast room gave us a lovely view over the lake. Overall the hotel was spotless!!

The lifts were slow, and had to be used with luggage. The bathroom was small - no need to change the towels each day as normal environment policy is that if you hang the towels up then guest is stating no need to change them.

Hotel Europa was the perfect spot for a visit to Riva Del Garda! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the square with a view of the lake from our room. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony after a long day of hiking and watching the musicians play snd people walking around eating gelato. Perfect spot!

The location is amazing. It is right at the ferry port. The views of the lake from the breakfast room are stunning. The views from the rooftop sunbathing area are equally stunning and the tiny pool is great to cool off in. The location in the town is fabulous. Near everything. There was always activity in the areas outside the hotel at night with great music, busking, magicians etc during our stay. A great place to watch the world go by. I would definitely return again.

Noise from some young men staying on our corridor. Arriving back late at night and in and out of each others rooms. It was unfortunate. We had stayed here before. The night manager was very good when we reported it.
