Parc Hotel Billia

Location is great: Via Francegina very close, center of St Vincent easily walkable, autostrada A5 easily accessed. Breakfast is great and plentiful. Hotel rooms are quiet and well cleaned, blackout curtains on windows for those with light sensitivity.

Some things have declined since last time: air conditioning makes noise but doesn’t actually do anything with the temperature, separate access to parc hotel (versus Grand Hotel) has been shut down...have to walk around the building to get to the entrance, not all staff were helpful (some were still great), the dinner was ok but overpriced for the quality served.

Great breakfast with a lovely view of the valley, nice modern decor in the hotel, helpful staff lovely bathroom and good air conditioning (which is rare in Italy)! 10 minute walk from the main town and great bars and local restaurants if you're wanting to explore outside of the Hotel.

The decor of the rooms seem to not have held up so well since we last stayed there. It's understandable as it was 6 years ago and maybe a bit unfair of me as we were blown away by how good it looked but it's still nice. Our room looks like they've had a leak from the shower tray into the main room as the wooden flooring had bulge in it and could probably do with updating soon.

There was a very wide choice on the breakfast buffet, with friendly staff present should one need assistance. The bathroom was large and deluxe, with a large bath and a separate shower room, the best that I have experienced. There was a very large bar area with a few small areas partially separated from the main bar. The bar had a wide assortment of beer, wine and spirits. The barman was very friendly and helpful, He had an unbelievable knowledge of his trade and seemed to have every cocktail mix in his memory,

The remote control for the room lighting. If one wishes to use the bathroom during the night, a normal switch on the wall is simple to operate, but the remote panel in the dark was so difficult that we left the bathroom light switched on the whole night and the door open, otherwise we would have given the hotel a 10 rating.

We have been staying at this hotel twice a year on when we travel through Aoste. Excellent location with mountain view and free parking just in lot outside. Good breakfast and restaurant good and not expensive.

No coffee and tea sachets, plus cups! Only sugar! Missing also face wash clothes and tissues. Appteciated two small bottled waters on the table.

all were super good except internal swimming pool with jacuzzi. Clean rooms, good massage, decent breakfast

the water in the internal swimming pool with jacuzzi was very, very dirty.. very dirty. The other internal pool with windows was clean.

Gorgeous setting with outlook over the hills towards castle. Fantastic terrace and pool. Best breakfast of our trip

Restaurant really disappointing especially given the brilliant standard of the hotel. Cooking not great at all. Poor wine list...for the level of the establishment.

The room was very inviting and comfortable. We atayed for only one day and arrived late at night so we did not have time to enjoy the facilities

At the breakfast they charged for any extras that are not in the bufe such as welldone omlet.

Basically everything, except breakfast did not open until 7 am. As I had to leave early I could have used a little more time to enjoy the lovely breakfast buffet

That I arrived late in the evening and that I had to leave early in the morning.

The room was modern and beautiful. The view from the hotel is beautiful. The bed is comfortable. Parking is right in the front of the hotel.

Snack options in the afternoon were limited and expensive.

The rooms are a great size, breakfast and dinner in the restaurant are excellent. The bar is great and the staff are superb - we were very well looked after.

It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room.
